Chapter 1 - Timebound Arsenal

Chapter 1

Sou Hoshizaki was just an ordinary boy living in a quiet village in Japan. At eight years old, his days were filled with laughter, games, and the warmth of family. His life was simple, yet full of small adventures that made each day special.

---

The Game Begins

On a sunny afternoon, Sou gathered with his friends to play hide and sneak. His companions were:

- Nagi Tsunoda

- Kanzawa Iori

- Ogasawara Saku

- Hibiki Shirayuki

The children scattered across the village, giggling as they found hiding spots. Hibiki, however, had her eyes set on Kanzawa. She wanted to find him first, because Kanzawa always managed to find her easily.

---

A Dispute Among Friends

As the game went on, Sou and the others noticed Hibiki's determination to only search for Kanzawa. They stepped out from their hiding places, puzzled.

Nagi: "Enough! Why are you only trying to find Kanzawa ? We're all playing too. Try to find us!"

Hibiki: "But Iori always finds me first. I want to take revenge!"

Iori: "No, this isn't a game of revenge. Don't be so serious."

Sou: " Yes, Don't be so serious."

Ogasawara: "Yes, Iori and Nagi are right. We're not having fun if you only chase Kanzawa. Please try to find all of us."

Hibiki paused, realizing her mistake. She lowered her head slightly.

Hibiki: "Sorry… this was my fault. This time, I'll try to find everyone, okay?"

Nagi: "Okay."

Iori: "Ooh, now I'm safe!"

With that, the children laughed and restarted the game, their spirits lifted once more.

---

Lunch Time

The fun soon came to an end as the sun reached its peak. It was lunchtime, and the children waved goodbye to each other before heading home.

Sou ran back to his house, where his family awaited him. He eagerly shared his small victory with his father.

Sou: "Dad, today nobody found me in hide and sneak!"

Kiyoshi Hoshizaki (Father): "Good, Sou. I'm proud of you."

Sou smiled brightly, his heart swelling with joy. He sat down with his family—his grandfather Toshio Hoshizaki, his father Kiyoshi Hoshizaki, and his mother Nobuko Okamoto.

Though his grandmother Chiyoko Kawaguchi had passed away when Sou was just one year old, her memory lingered in the household, a gentle presence in their hearts.

Together, they enjoyed a warm meal, the laughter of family filling the room.

Lunch Time

Sou's eyes sparkled as he saw the meal laid out before him.

Sou: "Wow, this is my favorite! Thank you, Mother!"

Nobuko Okamoto (Mother): "I'm glad to see you happy, Sou. I know this is our family's favorite food. I saved some money to make this special today. So eat as much as you want."

Kiyoshi Hoshizaki (Father): "Thank you, Sou's mother."

Sou ate happily, savoring every bite. In his heart, he wished he could live this life every single day—simple, warm, and surrounded by family.

---

A Promise

When lunch was finished, Sou looked at his father with eager eyes.

Sou: "Hey Father, you promised to go catch fish with me at the lake."

Kiyoshi: "Yes, you're right. But let's go at 5 p.m. For now, let me rest."

Sou: "Okay."

Sou nodded, understanding, and let his father lie down.

---

Evening

As the clock neared 5 p.m., Sou peeked into the room. His father was in a deep sleep, breathing peacefully. Sou stood quietly, his small hands clenched at his sides. He didn't wake him.

In his heart, he whispered:

"Sometimes promises are broken… but this is good. Father needs his rest."

Sou smiled faintly, choosing not to disturb the man he admired most. The lake could wait. What mattered was the love he felt in that moment, even in silence.

---

Evening Stories

Sou tiptoed away from his father's room, deciding not to wake him. Instead, he wandered into his grandfather's room, where Toshio Hoshizaki sat quietly, resting with a calm expression.

Sou: "Grandfather, please tell me some stories."

The old man looked at his grandson with kind but firm eyes.

Toshio: "Sou, you know this is your sleep time. Children grow strong when they rest."

Sou pouted slightly, his small hands tugging at his grandfather's sleeve.

Sou: "But I can't sleep yet. I want to hear your stories… just one."

Toshio chuckled softly, stroking his beard.

Toshio: "Ah, you remind me of your father when he was your age. Always curious, always asking for tales. Very well, one short story, but after that—you must promise to sleep."

Sou's eyes lit up, and he nodded eagerly.

---

Chapter 2

Nightfall

Sou rubbed his eyes but shook his head stubbornly.

Sou: "But I can't sleep."

Toshio Hoshizaki (Grandfather): "Okay… but just one story."

Sou: "Okay, Grandfather. Just one."

The old man leaned back, his voice lowering into a deep, mysterious tone.

---

The Grandfather's Tale

Toshio:

"In 1889, a ship sailed across the sea near the Mariana Trench. They were carrying goods to another continent. Suddenly, one of the crew shouted that he had seen the biggest snake in the world.

Nobody believed him. They laughed and said, 'Are you mad? We are in the deep sea. How could a giant snake appear here?'

But the man insisted, 'Believe me!'

And then… the snake came. It attacked the ship cruelly, brutally, smashing it apart. All the crew perished.

When the captain lay dying, he noticed something strange—a pet collar around the snake's neck. As if… this monster was someone's pet.

Another ship nearby witnessed everything. They saw the giant snake destroy the vessel in seconds. Then, a girl appeared. She called out to the snake: 'Melly.'

The snake obeyed her like a loyal servant. The travelers were horrified. The girl looked at the wreckage and said, 'Oh, looks like you've eaten many foods. Now, your next target is this traveler ship.'

The snake agreed, slithering toward them…"

---

Interrupted

Just then, Sou's mother, Nobuko Okamoto, entered the room.

Mother: "Sou, you haven't slept yet?"

Moments later, his father, Kiyoshi Hoshizaki, appeared, frowning.

Father: "Sou, this is deep night! Why aren't you asleep?"

Mother: "Come on, Sou. I've already prepared your bed. Go and sleep."

Sou: "Mother, just ten minutes… I was listening to Grandfather's story, but it hasn't ended yet."

Father: "You can listen tomorrow. Father, why are you telling such stories at this hour ?"

Toshio: "He asked me many times, so I agreed. Sou, the rest of the story I'll tell you tomorrow."

Sou lowered his head, disappointed.

Sou: "Okay…"

---

Morning Curiosity

The sun had barely risen when Sou Hoshizaki opened his eyes. He didn't care for breakfast, nor did he want to play outside. His heart was fixed on one thing—the story his grandfather had promised to finish.

Quietly, Sou tiptoed into Toshio Hoshizaki's room.

Sou: "Grandfather, you wake up? Ah, I am lucky!"

The old man raised his brows, amused.

Toshio: "I am awake, yes. But why do you call yourself lucky?"

Sou: "Because I can listen to your story now. Mother and Father are still asleep, so this is the best time."

Toshio chuckled, his eyes softening at the boy's eagerness.

Toshio: "So, you want me to continue the story?"

Sou: "Yeah, yeah!"

The grandfather stroked his beard thoughtfully, then leaned forward.

Toshio: "Then promise me this—if I tell you the story, you will join me for a morning walk."

Sou frowned, his lips curling into a pout.

Sou: "Ohh… Grandfather, you know I don't like morning walks."

But after a pause, his eyes lit up with determination.

Sou: "Okay… I promise you."

Toshio: "Good. That is the spirit."

---

The Story Continues

Toshio Hoshizaki: "So, Sou… where were we in the story?"

Sou: "The giant snake attacked another ship!"

Toshio: "Ooh, you remember it. That's great. Very well, let's continue…"

---

The Devil's Song

The giant snake slithered across the waves, its massive body coiling around the traveler's ship. Many of the crew had already died from sheer terror, their hearts unable to withstand the sight of the monster. Yet a few remained alive, trembling as the beast tore into the vessel.

The snake could have destroyed the ship in a single strike. But it did not. Its master had commanded otherwise.

The Master's Voice: "Crush the ship slowly. Make them feel fear. I want to hear the crying of humans. I want to see their terrified faces. So, do it slowly."

The survivors shivered as the snake obeyed, tearing the ship apart piece by piece. Then, to their horror, they heard the snake speak.

Melly (the Giant Snake): "Master… why do you listen to the crying of humans?"

A girl's voice rang out, sharp and cruel.

The Girl: "Hey! I am your master. You have no right to question me. But since you ask, I will answer. The humans' crying… is a song for me."

Her words echoed like a curse across the sea. She smiled, her eyes gleaming with malice.

The Girl: "Their tears, their screams… they are music to my ears. A devil's song."

---

Toshio Hoshizaki leaned back, his voice heavy.

Toshio: "Now… this is the end."

Sou's eyes widened, his small fists clenching.

Sou: "Hey, Grandfather… there is no hero in this story. Why? I want a beautiful ending—where a hero wins against the giant snake and the girl. Why did you make a cruel ending? I want the hero to save them all, revive the humans, and become the hero of the world!"

The old man's gaze softened, but his tone remained firm.

Toshio: "Sou, this is not a fake story. In life, heroes do not always win. Sometimes they lose. And in this story… there was no hero. Remember this: a person who is dead is dead. He never comes back."

Sou lowered his head, his heart heavy with disappointment. The world he imagined—where heroes always triumphed—clashed with the harsh truth his grandfather carried.

Chapter 3

---

Morning Walk

Sou walked beside his grandfather, his small steps trying to match the slow, steady pace of Toshio Hoshizaki. The air was fresh, the village quiet, and Sou felt proud that he had kept his promise.

Sou: "Hey Grandfather… wasn't Grandmother also a traveler like you?"

Toshio's eyes softened, a faint smile appearing as memories stirred.

Toshio: "Yes, Sou. She was also a traveler, just like me. We met here, in this very village. My father was a friend of your grandmother's father. We were neighbors, and from time to time we saw each other. Slowly, we fell in love… and then we married."

Sou listened intently, his heart swelling with curiosity.

Toshio: "When I first came to this village, I discovered the real peace of human life. I felt the calm of the fields, the kindness of the people. So I decided to stay here. The villagers welcomed me warmly, and they gave me permission to live among them. That is why this place became our home."

Sou looked around at the quiet paths and the gentle sway of trees. For the first time, he understood why his grandfather cherished the village so deeply.

---

Breakfast Together

Sou hurried into the kitchen, his eyes bright.

Sou: "Mother, isn't breakfast ready?"

Nobuko Okamoto (Mother): "Yes, come. Sit down."

She looked at him curiously as he joined the table.

Mother: "Hey, Sou… you never go on morning walks. Why did you go today?"

Sou: "Because I promised Grandfather."

Nobuko smiled softly, proud of her son's honesty. Soon, the family gathered—Toshio Hoshizaki, Kiyoshi Hoshizaki, Nobuko, and Sou—sharing the warmth of breakfast together.

---

The Farming Plan

When the meal ended, Kiyoshi spoke firmly.

Kiyoshi (Father): "Sou, after breakfast, come with me to the fields. We'll do farming together."

Sou: "Okay, Father. I'll do it."

Just then, Toshio raised his voice.

Toshio (Grandfather): "Aren't I coming with you too?"

Kiyoshi frowned, shaking his head.

Kiyoshi: "No, Father. Your health is not good. Please stay at home."

Toshio: "But I want to farm with my son and grandson. Why not? Please, I want to go."

Kiyoshi: "No, Father. Your health is weak, and there is no doctor in our village. I am speaking for your good. Please stay home."

Toshio lowered his gaze, his voice heavy with sadness.

Toshio: "Okay…"

Sou looked at his grandfather, his heart aching.

Sou: "Hey Grandfather… you said 'okay' just like me when I was sad."

The room fell quiet, the boy's innocent words cutting through the silence. Toshio smiled faintly, touched by Sou's empathy, even as his heart longed to join them in the fields.

In the Fields

The morning sun rose higher as Sou followed his father into the fields. The soil was warm beneath his feet, and the air carried the scent of earth and crops. He worked beside Kiyoshi Hoshizaki, his small hands clumsy but eager to help.

Sou: "Hey Father… why is farming so important for us? Can't we do other work?"

Kiyoshi paused, wiping sweat from his brow.

Kiyoshi: "No, Sou. We cannot. Our village only knows farming and newspaper making. These are the lives we live, the work we understand."

Sou frowned, his young mind restless with questions.

Sou: "Then what about me? What will I do in the future? Will my life only be farming? In the future… will I become only a farmer?"

His father looked at him with gentle eyes, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Kiyoshi: "Sou, this is your choice. You can decide what you want to do in the future. But remember this—I want my son to become a good person. A person who helps good humans, without any bad intentions. That is more important than any job."

Sou's heart stirred at his father's words. The fields stretched endlessly before him, but in his mind, new paths began to open—paths of choice, of dreams, of becoming more than just what the village expected.

---

Menko Fights

After finishing the morning's farming, Sou walked home with his father. On the way, he spotted his friends gathered in the street, laughing and playing.

Sou: "Father, can I go play with my friends?"

Kiyoshi Hoshizaki (Father): "Go and enjoy. But come home in time."

Sou: "Okay, Father!"

Sou ran happily toward his friends.

Sou: "Hey, I want to play too!"

Nagi Tsunoda: "Come!"

The children began a lively round of Menko fights, a traditional Japanese game. Their laughter drew the attention of villagers, who gathered to watch. Soon, Sou's mother and father also arrived, smiling as they cheered for their son.

Encouraged by their presence, Sou's determination grew. He wanted to win, to make his parents proud. But in the end, Ogasawara Saku won the match.

---

Sou's Tears

Sou's shoulders slumped. His eyes filled with tears, and he turned to his parents.

Sou: "I am too weak… I am the loser. All my friends did well, but I couldn't."

He cried, ashamed, but his mother knelt beside him, her voice gentle.

Nobuko Okamoto (Mother): "Hey Sou, don't say sorry. This is just a game, not a war."

Kiyoshi (Father): "Yes, your mother is right. You are not weak. A game doesn't decide who is strong or who is weak. It is only for fun. I believe next time you will do well."

---

Friends' Comfort

Sou's friends gathered around him, their voices kind.

Saku: "Hey Sou, please don't cry. This is just a game."

Iori: "We play this for fun. It's not a sadness game."

Hibiki: "Next time, you should win!"

Nagi: "Be strong, Sou. Don't cry."

Sou: "Sorry…"

Nagi: "You don't need to say sorry."

Mother: "They are right."

Saku: "Now it's lunchtime. Be happy, don't cry."

Nagi: "Let's go home. Okay, bye!"

The children waved to each other, their voices cheerful.

Sou's friends: "Okay, bye everyone!"

---

Evening Bath

After returning home from playing Menko, Sou noticed his clothes and body were covered in dust and dirt. Laughing at himself, he ran to his father.

Sou: "Father, I'm so dirty!"

Together, Sou and Kiyoshi Hoshizaki went to the bath. The warm water washed away the day's sweat and soil, leaving Sou refreshed. He giggled as his father scrubbed his hair, the bond between them glowing in the quiet evening.

---

The Next Morning

The following day, Sou joined his father once again in the fields. This time, they planted fruit trees—small saplings that promised sweet harvests in the future.

Sou's hands were clumsy, but his heart was full of excitement. He pressed the soil around the roots carefully, mimicking his father's movements.

Sou: "Father, look! I planted it!"

Kiyoshi smiled, nodding with pride.

Kiyoshi: "Good, Sou. These trees will grow strong, just like you."

Sou's eyes sparkled. He felt happiness bloom inside him, knowing that one day these trees would bear fruit for his family and village.

Afternoon Play

After finishing the work in the fields, Sou's hands were tired but his heart was light. He looked toward the village square, where the cheerful voices of his friends echoed. Without hesitation, he ran to join them.

The group welcomed him warmly—Nagi Tsunoda, Kanzawa Iori, Ogasawara Saku, and Hibiki Shirayuki. Together, they played for hours, their laughter ringing through the village like music.

They chased each other, invented games, and shared small jokes only children could understand. The sun slowly dipped toward the horizon, but none of them noticed; their world was filled with fun, joy, and happiness.

Sou's face glowed with excitement. In those moments, he felt the pure freedom of childhood—no worries, no sadness, only the bond of friendship and the warmth of play.

---

Hide and Seek

The children laughed as they played hide and seek near the edge of the village.

Iori: "I found you, Sou!"

Sou: "Ahh, you found me so easily! How did you do that?"

Iori: "Because you always hide in the same place."

Sou pouted, but then his eyes lit up with an idea.

Sou: "Let's go to the jungle! I made a new adventure game. My grandfather told me he was a traveler, so I created this game to feel like one too."

The friends agreed, and together they ran into the forest, playing Sou's adventure game until the sun rose high. When lunchtime came, they waved goodbye to each other and returned home.

---

Chapter 3

The Attack

As Sou approached his house, he noticed something strange in the sky—a flying object, like a plane. Suddenly, it descended and unleashed destruction upon the village.

Sou's heart froze.

Sou (crying): "Somebody help me!"

At his home, chaos erupted.

Kiyoshi (Father): "What's happening? Who is attacking our village? Is this a bandit group?"

Nobuko (Mother): "Where is my son? Sou hasn't come home yet!"

A loud crash shook their gate as armed men stormed in, firing without mercy. One bullet struck Kiyoshi. Another shot was aimed at Nobuko, but Toshio (Grandfather) rushed forward, shielding them. The bullets pierced his body.

Kiyoshi (Father, enraged): "No!"

He tried to fight back, but the enemy was too strong. A brutal strike left him injured. Moments later, more bullets tore through him.

With his last breath, Kiyoshi whispered:

Kiyoshi: "Please, Nobuko… run away with our child."

Nobuko's eyes widened in horror as she saw both her husband and father-in-law fall.

Nobuko (screaming): "Why… why is this happening?!"

But before she could escape, the attacker stabbed her. Her final cry echoed through the burning village.

Nobuko: "Aaahhhhhhh!"

---

Friends' Fate

Meanwhile, Sou's friends faced their own nightmares.

- Iori tried to run, but bullets struck her down.

- Nagi begged for mercy, broken by the sight of his parents' bodies. The attackers killed him without hesitation.

- Hibiki hid under a bed, crying: "Mother, Father… please don't leave me alone." But the enemy found her.

Enemy (mocking): "Are you playing hide and seek with me? I found you."

He killed her mercilessly.

- Saku fled with his sister.

Saku: "Aren't Mother and Father coming with us?"

Sister (crying): "No… they will never come. They are dead."

Before they could escape, a German soldier appeared.

German Member: "Run away if you want to live… but sorry, I came to kill you."

Neither child understood his words, but his intent was clear. He killed them both.

The village burned. Flames rose, villagers screamed, and children cried.

---

The Time Ruler

Just when all hope seemed lost, another force arrived—the Time Ruler Organization. They clashed with the attackers, defeating them brutally. The first organization retreated, teleporting away, though some of their members were captured.

When the dust settled, the Time Ruler soldiers surveyed the ruins. No one seemed alive.

Then, among the ashes and silence, they saw a small figure.

A child.

Sou Hoshizaki.

---

The Encounter

The battlefield was silent, smoke rising from the ruins of Sou's village. Amid the ashes, a figure approached—the Second Captain of Time Ruler, Lyra Castellan. Her eyes fell upon the lone child who had survived.

Lyra: "Who are you?"

Sou's voice trembled, his face streaked with tears.

Sou: "Why did you attack my village?"

Lyra shook her head firmly.

Lyra: "We didn't attack your village. An illegal organization struck here. We fought them and forced them to retreat. They ran away when they saw us."

Sou's knees buckled, his sobs echoing in the emptiness.

Sou: "But my parents… my village… my friends… they are all dead. And you tell me not to cry?"

Lyra knelt before him, her voice soft but steady.

Lyra: "Don't cry, Sou. You are alive."

Sou: "Alive? Aren't there anybody else who survived like me?"

Lyra's gaze lowered.

Lyra: "No… we found no other human presence. Only you."

Sou's tears fell harder, his voice breaking.

Sou: "Then why were you too late? Why did you come only after everyone was already dead?"

Lyra's expression darkened with regret.

Lyra: "We didn't do it intentionally. We came as fast as we could."

Sou clenched his fists, his heart aching.

Sou: "I want my parents…"

Lyra reached out, her hand trembling as she touched his shoulder.

Lyra: "Hey… please don't cry. I feel your pain."

---

Narrator's Voice

The world was not without guardians. Hidden in the shadows of history, there existed an organization known as Time Ruler. They were divided into three powerful divisions, each commanded by captains whose names carried weight across nations.

1st Division – The Shield Against Chaos

- Lyra Castellan

- Captain Aurelius Veyra

- Captain Helena Crosswell

The First Division specialized in fighting against illegal organizations. They were the warriors who stood at the frontlines, striking down threats before they could spread.

2nd Division – The Heart of Time Ruler

- Captain Darius Volkner

- Captain Selina Arkwright

- Captain Magnus Drechsler

The Second Division carried out the most important works within Time Ruler. They managed operations, strategies, and decisions that shaped the organization's future.

3rd Division – The Eyes of Time

- Captain Eira Vinterholm

- Captain Lucien Margrave

- Captain Seraphine Duskborne

The Third Division tracked illegal organizations, handled computer systems, managed files, and piloted the time machines. They were the watchers, the ones who ensured no enemy could escape.

---

The Captains

Though their duties differed, all divisions shared one truth: every captain was a master of combat. They were powerful physically, sharp mentally, and cunning enough to outsmart enemies. Each captain knew how to manipulate people when necessary, and in politics, they stood as equals—none above, none below.

The balance of power within Time Ruler was absolute.

---

The Breaking Point

Sou Hoshizaki overheard a soldier whispering nearby.

Soldier: "I feel sad for the kid… we should change his past, send him back."

Before the words could linger, Lyra Castellan, the Second Captain, turned with fury. Her eyes glowed, and with a surge of psychic power she hurled the soldier against a stone wall.

Lyra: "Don't ever say those words again."

Sou's heart pounded. He had heard enough to ignite his desperate hope.

Sou: "Please… change my future. Please save my village, my family, my friends!"

Lyra's voice was cold, unwavering.

Lyra: "Sorry, kid. We can't do that. It would break the rules."

Sou's tears streamed down his face.

Sou: "Rules? My village is gone! My family, my friends are dead! And you talk to me about rules? You're all evil. I hate you!"

Lyra's tone sharpened.

Lyra: "That's enough, kid. We are the ones who saved you. We gave you life. I don't see anything evil in that. So be patient."

Sou: "Patient? How can I be patient? If you say you saved my life, then kill me! I don't want to live without my family. Please… kill me!"

Lyra's eyes narrowed, her voice dripping with disdain.

Lyra: "You really are a fool. Get out of here."

---

The Forbidden Machine

As the Time Ruler prepared to leave, Sou's eyes caught sight of their massive Time Machine—a towering construct of steel and light, humming with power. He had never seen anything like it.

The captains and soldiers began boarding, their armor gleaming as they entered the vessel. The air vibrated with energy as the machine prepared for departure.

Sou's mind raced. If I can enter that machine… I can go back. I can save them.

He slipped into a box filled with confiscated devices from the illegal organization. Hidden among the cargo, he waited until the soldiers moved it inside.

When the area cleared, Sou crept out, his eyes wide with awe at the glowing core of the Time Machine. He stepped forward, heart pounding—only to feel a hand seize his arm.

Soldier: "Got you!"

Dragged before Lyra once more, Sou trembled.

Lyra: "I told you not to do anything. You broke the rules. So… are you ready for punishment?"

Sou (crying): "No, please! I don't want punishment. Forgive me! Please, go to the past and save my family, my village, my friends!"

Lyra's expression twisted with disgust.

Lyra: "Pathetic. You think of your family even now? Sorry, but rules are rules. Punishment is punishment. Prepare yourself."

Sou's voice cracked with rage.

Sou: "You're a devil! Don't you care about my feelings?"

Lyra: "I cared once. But not anymore."

She turned to the soldiers at the door.

Lyra: "Throw this crybaby into the Time Walten."

---

The Fall into Time Walten

Sou Hoshizaki plummeted through endless darkness until his body struck the ground of a place unlike any he had ever known. His breath came ragged, his heart heavy.

Sou's thoughts: I don't want to live. If I die, I won't hesitate. I've already lost everyone who cared for me. I've lost everything in my life.

Suddenly, agony tore through him. His body twisted unnaturally—his hands shrank into the fragile limbs of a newborn, then stretched into the wrinkled fingers of an old man. His head, his heart, even his bones shifted between infancy and age, as though time itself was devouring him.

Sou's thoughts: I want to die. Please… let me die.

But death did not come. Instead, Sou was hurled further back—into the past.

---

The Primordial Earth

He opened his eyes to a world raw and violent. No dinosaurs, no humans—only endless rain and rivers of molten lava carving the land. The Earth itself was young, chaotic, and merciless.

Sou staggered forward, realizing his body had changed again. His age had leapt forward—he was no longer a child. He was now fifteen.

---

Chapter 4

Narrator's Voice

The Time Walten was no ordinary place. It was an unstable dimension where time itself became the executioner.

- Time was not stable.

- Time was cruel.

- Time shifted without warning, tearing bodies apart, aging them, reversing them, breaking them.

In this dimension, humans were killed brutally and instantly. None who fell into Time Walten ever survived.

And yet… Sou Hoshizaki still breathed.

The question arises: Why did Sou Hoshizaki not die in Time Walten, when all others before him were destroyed instantly?

The answer lies not in strength of body, but in the chaos of his heart.

Sou's feelings were unstable.

- At times, he clung to life, refusing to let go.

- At times, he begged for death, wishing only to end his suffering.

This contradiction—his shifting will between survival and surrender—confused the cruel laws of Time Walten. The dimension, built to kill with certainty, could not decide his fate.

And so, Sou did not die.

He endured, suspended between despair and hope, his unstable emotions shielding him from the absolute judgment of time itself.

---

Sou Hoshizaki staggered across the primordial Earth, rain hissing against rivers of lava. His heart was heavy, his body trembling from the torment of Time Walten. Suddenly, a voice echoed through the emptiness—deep, resonant, and filled with disbelief.

Mysterious Voice: "So… you survived. But how? This is impossible. No one survives in Time Walten."

Sou froze, his eyes wide.

Sou: "Who… who is here?!"

The silence stretched, broken only by the crackle of molten stone. Then, from the shadows of the ancient world, a figure stepped forward.

Mysterious Person: "Ooh… that's great. You can hear me."

Sou's breath caught. He had no idea who this person was, nor how they existed in a place where nothing should live.

---

The Mysterious Encounter

Sou Hoshizaki wandered across the primordial Earth, rain hissing against rivers of lava. His body ached, his age shifting wildly, yet he endured. Suddenly, a voice echoed through the emptiness.

Mysterious Voice: "This is the first time someone has replied to me… in this situation."

Sou's eyes widened.

Sou: "What do you mean by this situation?"

Mysterious Person: "You could not know. I see everything. I saw how your village was destroyed by the illegal organization."

Sou: "Hah… but I don't see you."

Mysterious Person: "Because no human on Earth can see me."

Sou: "But why?"

Mysterious Person: "Stop questioning me."

Sou clenched his fists.

Sou: "Then tell me—why is my body changing? Why has my age shifted to fifteen? Do you know something? Please… tell me about yourself, and your knowledge of the world. You look like a man who knows everything."

The figure chuckled softly.

Mysterious Person: "Ooh… that's you starting to use your ability."

Sou: "Huh? What are you saying? I don't have any ability!"

Mysterious Person: "You do. The ability is called Face Reading. How do I know? Because I know everything."

Sou: "I don't understand anything… please, explain. Where am I?"

Mysterious Person: "You are in the age when Earth was beginning. That's why there are no humans or animals."

Sou: "Then how do I return to my world?"

Mysterious Person: "I don't know. But I do know this—your body has become very strong. In my life, I have never seen a body like yours."

Sou looked down at himself, noticing the changes.

Sou: "Yes… my body has changed so much."

Mysterious Person: "Your village is destroyed. You know that. So what is your next step?"

Sou: "I want to protect my family. I want to go into the past."

Mysterious Person: "This is not possible. You cannot choose the time. Time Walten chooses the time. If you are lucky, it may give you a way to save your family."

Sou: "Then I want to know who destroyed my village. Why did they do it?"

Mysterious Person: "If you want answers, you must be strong. Otherwise, you will never collect information. And tell me—do you not want revenge against the Time Ruler?"

Sou: "No. My father said revenge destroys your life."

Mysterious Person: "You don't know this world. You lived in a village where no one understood the full timeline of history."

Sou: "Then explain everything. Please. About this world, the organizations, the timeline. I don't know anything."

The figure's voice grew solemn.

Mysterious Person: "Very well. This world is full of mysteries. The timeline where you lived was the 19th century. But now… you must not cling to your past. You must move forward. Start a new life. Because Glacial Apex is watching your journey. You must become strong for the dangers ahead. Your body is strong, but your mind, your spirit, your combat skills—they must be trained."

Sou: "Okay… but can I live here properly?"

Mysterious Person: "No. I believe Time Walten opened a hole and used you to erase people who interfere with time. But that hole will only open when you become strong enough."

Sou: "How do you know that?"

Mysterious Person: "Because another man once survived Time Walten. When he became strong, a hole opened. But Glacial Apex killed him through a vessel."

Sou: "Then how do I become strong?"

Mysterious Person: "Train yourself."

Sou: "Okay. I will train myself."

Mysterious Person: "Good. Do not look back at your past."

Sou: "I will never forget my past. I will protect my family. If I must become stronger, then I will."

Mysterious Person: "Be careful. Glacial Apex will try to kill you. They are not good people."

Sou: "Then tell me—where have I been teleported?"

Mysterious Person: "You were teleported into the future. The 28th century. Time Walten opened the hole."

Sou's breath caught.

Sou: "Then… tell me about the future."

The figure's eyes gleamed.

Mysterious Person: "Okay…"

---

Watson's Warning

The mysterious figure's voice echoed through the primordial Earth.

Watson Ronvek: "First, I must tell you—do not try to change the past. Do not attempt to recover your village. A person who has died… is dead. They cannot be brought back."

Sou's eyes narrowed, his voice trembling.

Sou: "By the way… who are you? You never told me your name. And why do you keep telling me not to change the past?"

The figure stepped closer, his presence heavy with sorrow.

Watson: "Ah… I knew you would ask. My name is Watson Ronvek. I am the one who created the first Time Machine. Let me share my story with you."

---

Narrator's Voice – Watson's Past

Watson Ronvek was once the pride of his teachers.

Teacher: "You do well, Watson. I am proud to have you as my student."

Watson: "Thank you, sir. I could not achieve this without you."

Teacher: "You are talented and smart. In the future, show your talents to the world."

Everyone believed Watson would become a great doctor or engineer, a man destined to change the world.

But fate was cruel.

A corrupt politician falsely accused Watson's father of murder. Though innocent, his father was condemned by the Supreme Court, sentenced to death on November 12. Watson's mother, broken by grief, tried to fight the politician but failed. Relatives mocked them. When his father was executed, his mother took her own life.

Watson wept over her body, his world shattered.

Alone, he found refuge in a research lab owned by his friend Taylor's father. There, Watson's brilliance shone. He built machines to help humanity, earning promotion after promotion. He partnered with Adam Witnel, the inventor of the greatest AI, WAM.

One day, Watson discovered a book—Grandfather Time Theory. Reading it, he conceived a plan: build a time machine, kill the politician's grandfather, and erase the man who had destroyed his family.

He borrowed money, built the machine, and prepared for revenge. But when he tried to change the past, the Nine Beings punished him.

From that day, Watson learned a bitter truth:

- The past cannot be changed.

- The dead cannot return.

- What is done… is done.

---

The Lesson

Watson's voice trembled as he finished.

Watson: "I think you understand now."

Sou's eyes softened, filled with sympathy.

Sou: "Your life… it was hard. Complex. You suffered so many struggles."

Watson: "Yes. That is why I beg you—move forward. Do not repeat my mistake. Start a new life. If you try to change the past, Glacial Apex will punish you too."

Sou clenched his fists.

Sou: "I understand. But still… I will try to change my family's past. Not quickly. Slowly. Carefully. Until I find my happy life."

Watson studied him, then nodded.

Watson: "I see. You will never forget your family. That is good. But be careful. Move slowly. Do not rush."

Sou's tears glistened, but his voice was firm.

Sou: "Yes. Thank you for your words. If you hadn't told me, I would have made a terrible mistake."

---

Ten Years of Training

From that day forward, Sou Hoshizaki trained relentlessly under Watson Ronvek's guidance. Ten years passed—ten years of sweat, pain, and growth. Sou's body hardened, his mind sharpened, and his spirit became unyielding.

Watson watched him change from a broken child into a warrior. But when the day came for Sou to step into the future, Watson's heart grew heavy.

Watson: "If you go… I will feel lonely. But I know you must. You go for a reason greater than both of us. I treated you like my son."

Sou: "Yes, I know. Because of you, I learned how to survive in the future. I respect you like my father. You are a good person, Watson. Thank you for caring for me, supporting me, and training me. I will never forget you."

Watson's eyes glistened. He reached into his coat and handed Sou a card.

Watson: "This is your ID card. It belonged to a teacher who died in the year 2809. Time Walten will send you there. With this, you can live as that person. Don't worry—it's real. Your address is written on it. And the teacher never showed his face at school, so you can take his place."

Sou's breath caught.

Sou: "A… magical academy? I don't know how to teach students. I'm illiterate."

Watson chuckled softly.

Watson: "You were illiterate. But now you are not. I taught you five important languages. Do not call yourself illiterate again."

Sou: "But… I don't know how to teach."

Watson: "Teach them the way I taught you."

Sou nodded slowly.

Sou: "Okay. I understand."

Watson: "Good. Now it is time I tell you everything about the future. Before, I kept silent because you would not have understood. But now… you are ready."

Chapter 5

Narrator's Voice – The Future Revealed

The future is like Heaven upon Earth.

In the 28th century, there are no longer divisions between Hustler Humans (HH), Miracle Humans, or Normal Humans (NH). All are simply called Humans. Yet their histories remain etched into the world.

When HH first came to live among NH, they reshaped the map itself. Countries and continents were renamed, dynasties rose, and the old world was reborn.

The Dynasties of the Future

- South States: Stopis Dynasty, Ivecidour Dynasty, Lenoden Dynasty, Cardigall Dynasty

Even the NH accepted these names, for the HH had changed the world forever.

---

Nobility and Power

In this future, NH are known as Honours, their nobility tied to technology and intellect. They manage computers, systems, and technological solutions.

HH, however, wield magic. They create dimensions, open doors to distant places, and shape reality itself. Their nobility is divided into ranks:

- Nolestian Nobles

- Male: Nolestic

- Female: Nolestia

- Dukes and Duchesses

- Marquiers

- Male: Marquis

- Female: Marquess

- Fenonal Nobles

- Male: Fenoin

- Female: Fenas

The Nolestian are the highest rank, revered and feared. The Fenonal are the lowest nobles, yet still respected—far stronger than commoners.

---

The Commoners

Weak magicians, called Commoners, can only conjure small fireballs or water spells. Their bodies are frail, their minds untrained. They cannot master technology, nor can they wield powerful magic.

- Commoners are despised by both Honours and Nolestians.

- They are forbidden from entering cities.

- They live in designated areas, working part-time jobs—often as servants or waiters.

- Only a rare few talented commoners rise above their station.

In this world, respect is power, and the weak are cast aside.

---

Who are Honours?

Honours are the rare individuals who master all forms of technology and embody the 11 PL (Perfect Lord) qualities. They are considered the highest noble rank among NH (Normal Humans) in the future world.

The 11 PL Data (Perfect Lord Qualities)

1. Good physical condition (no infection, no virus)

2. Complete mastery of technology and ability to develop worlds (World Developer)

3. Patience

4. Ability to remove troublemakers

5. Always stay in justice

6. Academically strong

7. Strong family, both mentally and physically

8. Skilled in strategy and planning

9. Responsibility for people

10. Honesty

11. Only two emotions:

- Rude (towards bad people)

- Kind (towards good people)

There are only 55 Honours in the entire world, making them extremely rare and respected.

In future, the citizens are called "Laos."

Thaet means when people refer to the population of this future society—whether they are Honours, Nolestians, Dukes, Commoners, or anyone else—they are collectively known as Laos.

The City of Cazen

The night sky shimmered above Cazen City, the proud capital of Pihan Nation in the South States. Towers of glass and stone rose high, glowing with magical light. It was a city of wealth and ambition, where commoners and Normal Laos dreamed of working, though only a few ever succeeded.

Cazen was no ordinary place. It was expensive, developed, and filled with wonders. Magical universities and Collegiums stood like monuments of knowledge, their gates open only to the chosen few.

Watson Ronvek stood beside Sou Hoshizaki, his voice calm yet firm.

Watson: "Sou, you must know this. The teacher whose identity you will inherit was a commoner. But he wasn't an ordinary commoner—he was talented. That is why he earned a place in a magical school. His skill gave him respect, something rare for his kind."

Sou's eyes widened as he listened, the weight of destiny pressing upon him.

Watson's words carried the truth of the city:

- A place where commoners struggled to survive.

- A place where Normal Laos sought work but rarely found it.

- A place where only talent and strength could carve a path into the halls of magic.

And now, Sou would step into this world—not as himself, but as the Unknown Teacher.

---

The Unknown Teacher

Cazen City shimmered under the lights of the South States. It was the capital of Pihan Nation, a place of wealth and ambition, where commoners and Normal Laos dreamed of working, and where magical universities rose like towers of knowledge.

Watson Ronvek stood beside Sou Hoshizaki, his voice calm but heavy with meaning.

Watson: "Sou, the top three universities in Cazen City are Aetherion University, Helios University, and Avalonford University. You will serve as a teacher at Blackthorn Collegium. Remember—normal schools are called schools, but magical schools are called Collegiums. The teacher whose identity you inherit was very talented. That is why the principal gave him admission into Avalonford University. You will study there as a student while teaching at Blackthorn Collegium."

Sou's brows furrowed.

Sou: "Hey… if the teacher was so talented, then how did he die so young?"

Watson's eyes darkened.

Watson: "He was struck by a dangerous virus. There was medicine, there was a cure—but he did not buy it. His family was gone, he had no friends, and he lived hidden behind a mask. Even his ID card shows him masked. No one ever saw his face, because they believed it was burned. After three years, he could have recovered… but he chose not to live."

Sou's voice trembled.

Sou: "How… how was his face burned?"

Watson: "I don't know. In 2809, he died in his bedroom from the virus. You must bury his body in his homeland. It lies in the East States, in Fangies Village—a commoners' village. Officers rarely check there. Bury him in the jungle of Fangies, and make a grave for him."

Sou clenched his fists.

Sou: "Okay. I will do it using a teleportation door."

Watson: "Yes. You can."

---

The Glacial Apex

Watson's tone shifted, becoming grave.

Watson: "Sou, now you must know about the beings. They are powerful, and they see human stories as entertainment. They are called the Glacial Apex. There are nine beings."

The Nine Glacial Apex Beings:

- Aethron – Apex of Light (Male)

- Martis – Apex of Fates (Male)

- Myllia – Apex of Dreams (Female)

- Xera – Apex of the Final Door (Female)

- Tarvreth – Apex of Judge of Creations (Male)

- Vaelion – Apex of Endless Souls (Male)

- Belzar – Apex of Emotions (Male)

- Kiora – Apex of Absolute Knowledge (Female)

- Leni – Apex of Blessings (Female)

Watson: "Each Glacial Apex commands four powerful vessels. Be careful of them—they are wise, dangerous, and can inflict great harm. If you ever see an evil statue, run. It is called the Acheron Statue. It can control anyone who carries sadness. This statue is an enemy of the vessels. Avoid it at all costs."

Watson's eyes gleamed with warning.

Watson: "Time Walten will sometimes open a hole for you to complete missions. If you fail, you cannot return home. Missions include destroying those who break timeline rules, saving people, managing cities, and stopping evil. When a hole opens, go quickly—otherwise it may harm an innocent person."

---

The Unknown Teacher

Sou's voice was quiet.

Sou: "What is the teacher's name? I don't know."

Watson shook his head.

Watson: "The teacher's name is Unknown. He never wrote it, because he never showed his face. When you reveal your face, the Citizenship Manager will write your name. The ID card is important, but Nolestians, Dukes, and Laos will not ask for your profile—only police officers might. You will live as the Unknown person."

Sou's eyes narrowed.

Sou: "How did you plan this so perfectly?"

Watson's voice carried the weight of centuries.

Watson: "Listen, Sou. I did not plan this instantly. I planned it for a thousand years. I traveled across a thousand timelines. That is why my plan is perfect."

Sou bowed his head.

Sou: "Okay… thank you for your help."

Watson placed a hand on his shoulder.

Watson: "Now sleep well, Sou Hoshizaki. Tomorrow, the hole will open."

Sou lay down, his heart heavy with destiny, and drifted into sleep.

---

The Farewell

The dawn broke softly over the quiet house. Watson Ronvek rose early, his steps heavy with the knowledge of what was to come. Moments later, Sou Hoshizaki stirred from his bed, his eyes filled with resolve.

Sou: "Now… it's time to say goodbye."

Watson's voice trembled, though he tried to steady it.

Watson: "I will always remember you, Sou. You are the one who kept me from loneliness for ten long years."

Suddenly, the air shimmered—the time hole opened, swirling with light and power. Sou gazed at it, then turned back to Watson.

Sou: "Thank you for your help."

Watson: "Welcome… and thank you for living with me, for motivating me when I was alone."

Without warning, Sou stepped forward and embraced Watson tightly. Tears streamed down his face.

Sou: "You are also my family. You trained me for danger, told me important truths, and loved me as a son."

Watson's eyes filled with tears as well.

Watson: "And you… you gave me strength against loneliness. I hope you will live a happy life in the future."

He placed his hands on Sou's shoulders, his voice breaking.

Watson: "Now, Sou… it is time to go into the future."

Sou nodded, his heart heavy yet determined.

Sou: "Yeah."

He turned toward the glowing hole. Raising his hand, he gave Watson a final sign of farewell.

Then, with a step into the swirling light, Sou Hoshizaki vanished into the time hole, leaving behind the man who had been his mentor, his companion, and his family.
