First day back in 12th grade...
The halls smelled like faint perfume and floor cleaner.There was some new students that seemed very friendly,but he just stood out from the crowd.Anyone's dream guy, he had really nice chocolate brown eyes,silky shoulder length blonde hair and is pretty tall, around 5'7.5".He caught my eye instantly,I approached him friendly.
"Hey your new right?"He side eyed me with a smug and cold look,I started to think that he was someone that might not be a good idea to talk to until he finally replied after seconds of silence. "Hi,yes I'm new" He is still being very cold towards me. " nice, if you don't mind me asking, what is your name? " He tells me his name." Felix, thats all you need to know".I am instantly confused why he is being like this even though we have only just met each other. "Nice, I'm Yuna" The first school bell rings making me jump as I was distracted talking to Felix. "Oh shoot! I better go to class. Wait,what class have you got now? " He turns back around, looking annoyed "science in room 4,now can you leave me alone! " He snaps. I think to myself that he doesn't like me, am I talking to much?But then I realise were in the same classes. "Yesss" I whisper to myself making sure Felix does not hear me. I enter the classroom and notice that the classes haven't changed so everyone is sitting in the same seats from last year. Around 5 minutes later Felix enters, my eyes sparkle for a few seconds until I snap out of my gaze.Thoughts are rushing around my head,did he see me staring oh no I'm cooked,he clearly all ready does not like me,this isn't gonna go well.I finally snap out of everything, back to reality when the teacher asks Felix to introduce himself "Please introduce yourself to the class"The teacher asks Welcoming.Then Felix rolls his eyes sounding frustrated already"Hi I'm Felix Yongbok Lee.Can I sit down now" The teacher looks understanding that it may be awkward for him introducing himself to the class. "Yes you may sit down, I'll ad you onto the seating plan next to Yuna" He walks across the classroom to his allocated seat.The look on his face is obvious that he does not want to sit next to me. The lesson starts and the teacher explains the work thoroughly. I am instantly grossed out because I have to disect a frog, I raise my hand and the teacher let's me ask my question "Do I have to do this? It's gross" My face says everything that I think about this practical. "Yes you do have to, it goes on your grades" Mr Choi pairs me and Felix together for the practical.The teacher brings around the scalpels and the tweezers then after brings around small boxes.Felix opens the box with a dead, slimy and moist frog.He does not look fazed or disgusted at all. "How is this not gross to you???".He snaps back wanting me to shut up"because I'm not a little pussy like you! ".I decide to stay quiet.The practical goes fast, running into the bell. Mr Choi tells us we can go and he'll clean up. After class he walks over to me sounding a bit awkward" uhm... Hey Yuna, can I get your number".I look confused, he asked me for my number? Is he playing me on? "Yeah sure" I reply. "Damn you actually thought I would want your number? You must be joking" he barges past me making me stumble to the side.Now I'm definitely giving up on trying to like him, hes so rude...
