.

"That's good," King Yama said.

King Yama also gave a thumbs-up.

"Gohan, I saw everything that happened. Thank you for saving Hell. I also heard what you said about Frieza. You understood his plan. Yes, he was planning to invade the other levels of Hell."

King Yama sighed and wiped imaginary sweat from his forehead.

"And… sorry for hiding that part from you."

"But now everything is clear. Frieza and King Cold are gone. That is wonderful."

"Once again, thank you very much."

Then King Yama smiled.

"Would you like to stay here for a few days and relax? You can explore Hell if you want. There are many levels, from one to a hundred."

His eyes lit up with excitement.

He personally wanted to give Gohan a tour of Hell and show how he "punishes".

But Gohan immediately shook his head.

"No thanks, King Yama."

He had no interest in watching people suffer. He was not someone who enjoyed that kind of thing.

In fact, Gohan thought about something else.

If he went around Hell, he might find some of his Saiyan ancestors there… maybe even his grandfather Bardock.

Most Saiyans had done terrible things in their lives. Even if Bardock was better than most of them, he still destroyed planets before realizing the truth.

So there was a high chance many to almost 99% Saiyans were in Hell.

Because of that, Gohan refused politely.

"I appreciate the offer, King Yama, but I need to go back. I still have to check the old bases of the Red Ribbon Army."

King Yama nodded.

"I understand, Gohan."

He looked a little disappointed.

Then Gohan turned toward Fortune Teller Baba, who was standing nearby.

"Alright, Baba. Let's go."

But Baba shook her head.

"Gohan, I'll teleport you back to Earth. I still have some work to do here with King Yama."

Gohan nodded.

"Alright."

Baba floated closer and placed her hand on Gohan's shoulder.

A bright light surrounded him.

In the next moment Gohan appeared at Kami's Lookout.

He looked around.

"Mom!"

Chi-Chi had just woken up. When she heard his voice, she rushed outside.

"Gohan!"

She ran to him and hugged him tightly.

"Gohan! How was it there? You said you would come back soon, but it took almost a month!"

Gohan gently smiled and explained everything.

He told her about meeting Vegeta, about Hell, and about how he defeated Frieza and King Cold.

Chi-Chi listened carefully.

She was proud of her son.

But at the same time, she felt a little guilty. She kept thinking that if she had not forced Gohan to focus only on studies before, maybe things would have been easier for him.

Gohan looked around.

"Mom, where is Master Roshi?"

Chi-Chi replied,

"He went back to his island to check on his old village."

"Oh," Gohan nodded.

Just then, a familiar voice spoke.

"Oh! Gohan, you're back!"

Gohan smiled immediately as He knew that voice.

He turned around.

"Hey, Mr. Popo!"

Mr. Popo walked closer.

Gohan asked quickly,

"Mr. Popo, after I destroyed the androids, did anything else happen? Did you find any other Red Ribbon bases?"

Mr. Popo looked serious.

"Gohan… I didn't tell your mother yet, but something strange happened."

Gohan frowned slightly.

"What happened?"

Mr. Popo continued,

"New androids appeared but They look similar to Android 17 and 18, but they are different."

"For example… instead of 17, one is called 71, and instead of 18, the other is called 81."

Gohan's eyes narrowed.

"They also look a little different," Mr. Popo continued.

"The original 17 had black hair, but this one has blonde hair. And the one like 18 has black hair and Their personalities are different too."

"They are much calmer than the original androids."

Mr. Popo looked directly at Gohan.

"And they seem… far more controlled."

Gohan slowly frowned.

"Looks like Dr. Gero left more surprises behind…"

Gohan looked at Mr. Popo. He was about to say something, but Chi-Chi suddenly spoke first.

"Gohan, be careful," she said with worry in her voice. "Those androids have returned. What if they are even stronger than before?"

She was afraid. Deep inside, she feared losing her son. Gohan was also the only hope left to revive her husband, Goku. If something happened to him, everything would be over.

Gohan gently looked at his mother.

"Mom… calm down," he said softly. "Nothing is going to happen to me. Please relax."

Then he turned to Mr. Popo.

"Mr. Popo, are these androids causing chaos? Are they attacking people?" Gohan asked.

Mr. Popo shook his head.

"No. That is the strange part," he replied. "They are not killing anyone unless provoked ."

Gohan frowned slightly.

"That's suspicious…"

Mr. Popo continued, "They look like clones of Android 17 and 18, but their personalities are the opposite. They seem calmer."

Gohan nodded slowly.

"And if you want to know their exact location or where they came from, you should ask Bulma. She knows more than I do."

"Alright," Gohan said. "I'll go talk to her."

Before leaving, Gohan closed his eyes.

Inside his mind, he searched for Bulma's energy. With his telepathy, countless stars appeared in the dark space of his mind. One star shined brighter than the others.

Bulma.

He connected to it.

"Bulma, it's me, and i am talking through Telepathy " Gohan spoke through telepathy. "I'm coming to the base to get information about these new androids. Wait for me."

Bulma's voice quickly replied in his mind.

"Gohan! Come quickly. We're still hiding in the underground base. I still don't trust these androids."

"Is Trunks safe?" Gohan asked.

"Yes. Trunks and everyone else are safe," Bulma replied.

"Alright. I'm coming."

The connection ended.

Gohan then turned toward Chi-Chi and Mr. Popo.

"Mom, I'm going to see Bulma. Do you want to come with me?"

Chi-Chi hesitated.

"Is it safe if we go there? What if those new androids appear?"

Gohan smiled confidently.

"Don't worry, Mom. Mr. Popo already said they're not attacking anyone."

"And even if they try something…" Gohan grinned.

"I can handle them easily now."

"I trained with Dad, King Kai, and everyone there."

Chi-Chi looked at her son for a moment. Then she nodded.

"Alright. I'll come with you."

She had been staying at Kami's Lookout for a whole month and couldn't see what was happening in the world below.

And she trusted her son.

After all, he was the one who destroyed the original Androids.

"Come on, Mom," Gohan said.

Chi-Chi gathered her ki and started flying.

Gohan smiled and transformed into a Super Saiyan.

Golden aura surrounded him.

"Let's go!"

Both of them jumped from Kami's Lookout and flew toward the city.

As they flew across the sky, Gohan tried to sense the surroundings. He could feel many weak human energies, but he could not clearly sense the androids.

"Hm…" Gohan thought.

"It seems they know how to hide their energy… or maybe they are manipulating it somehow."

After some time, they finally arrived at the ruined Capsule Corporation.

The building above was destroyed, but the underground base was still intact.

Gohan walked toward the hidden entrance.

He took out the bracelet Bulma had given him earlier. It worked like a security key.

The moment the bracelet touched the scanner—

Click.

The door opened.

Gohan and Chi-Chi walked inside and went deeper underground. The elevator kept going down… and down… until they finally reached the main base.

The door opened again.

Standing there was Bulma.

The moment she saw Gohan, her eyes widened.

"Gohan! Wow… you got even taller again!"

Then she looked at Chi-Chi.

"Chi-Chi! It's good to see you."

Chi-Chi smiled warmly.

Bulma then turned back to Gohan and punched his shoulder lightly.

"Seriously, Gohan. You've grown up so much."

Suddenly, Chi-Chi crossed her arms and looked at Bulma with a serious expression.

"Bulma… Gohan told me he talked with you about building something."

She hesitated for a moment before continuing.

"I just want to know if it's something stupid or not… I mean, if he's hurting himself by pushing too hard."

Bulma blinked for a second.

Then she laughed softly.

"Oh, Chi-Chi, you didn't even need to say that. If Gohan ever did something dangerous like that, I would be the first person to tell you."

Chi-Chi nodded, finally feeling relieved.

And just like that, the two women started chatting nonstop.

Meanwhile…

Gohan stood there completely ignored as He scratched the back of his head and sighed.

"…Seriously?… this just keeps going on and on," Gohan muttered to himself.

He sat there watching Chi-Chi and Bulma talk endlessly about random things.

Gohan sighed.

Why are women like this…? he thought.

After almost half an hour passed, they were still talking outside while Gohan just sat there listening to them argue and laugh about all kinds of topics and He had no idea what they were even talking about anymore.

Finally Gohan raised his voice a little.

"Uh… Bulma? Where is Trunks?"

Bulma pointed toward the back area of the underground base.

"In the Underground garden area," she said. "My father is playing with him there."

Gohan nodded.

"Alright."

As he walked away, he could still hear Chi-Chi and Bulma starting another conversation again.

Gohan just shook his head and continued walking toward the underground garden.

When he arrived there, he saw Dr. Briefs playing with little Trunks.

"Hello, Dr. Briefs," Gohan greeted politely.

Dr. Briefs looked up and smiled.

"Oh! Gohan! Perfect timing."

Then he waved toward Trunks.

"Come here, Trunks! Come to Grandpa!"

But the moment Trunks saw Gohan, the baby immediately started running toward him.

"Gooo!"

But he ran too fast and almost tripped on the ground and create a small creak.

Dr. Briefs quickly moved forward to catch him.

"Whoa! Careful there!"

Even though Trunks was still a baby, his power level was already around 700, which was no joke for a child.

Dr. Briefs helped him stand again.

Trunks pouted a little, then tried running again.

Gohan laughed.

He walked forward and picked Trunks up.

"Heh… you're just like your dad," Gohan said while gently pinching Trunks' round cheeks.

"Stubborn… and a little prideful too."

Trunks made a funny face for a second.

Then he suddenly started laughing.

"Ha! Ha!"

Seeing that, Gohan also smiled.

For a moment, everything felt peaceful.

It was very different from the outside world where war and destruction had happened everywhere.

Gohan had been carrying a lot of responsibility on his shoulders lately.

But playing with Trunks made him relax a little.

After a while, Dr. Briefs stood up.

"Gohan, can you watch Trunks for a bit?" he said.

"I need to go back to my lab. I'm working on an important project."

Gohan nodded.

"Sure, no problem."

Dr. Briefs walked away, leaving Gohan with Trunks.

Gohan spent some time playing with him.

Eventually he carried Trunks back inside.

When they returned, Chi-Chi and Bulma were still talking and laughing.

Bulma noticed them first.

"Oh! Looks like Trunks really likes you, Gohan."

Gohan nodded.

"Last time I saw him, he couldn't even walk and now he's already trying to run everywhere."

Trunks smiled happily in Gohan's arms.

Then Gohan turned toward Bulma and said calmly,

"Bulma… I met Vegeta."

Bulma froze.

"You… what?"

"I saw him in the Other World."

Gohan continued but he hid him being in Hell,

"He asked about you… and about Trunks."

Chi-Chi already knew this part, so she stayed silent but Bulma's eyes widened in shock as even She clearly didn't expect that.

Gohan looked at her and continued.

"He wanted to know if both of you were safe."

Bulma didn't say anything for a moment.
