.

Light had been falling from the sky nonstop for a whole week. From time to time, blue smoke burst out somewhere outside the city. It felt strange… heavy.

It had been a full month since he was isekai'd into the Dragon Ball world and not as anyone random.

He became Gohan.

That alone was confusing enough. One month ago, he was just a normal young man. He had graduated from university and was running around, applying for jobs. Apple. Microsoft. Big companies. But nothing worked out.

So just to survive and earn money, he joined Subway.

At first, he was just making sandwiches. Then slowly, with time and effort, he got promoted and became a manager at the same Subway. But the stress? It was insane. From morning till night, every single day. Customers yelling, staff problems, things going wrong for no reason. He had no idea how chaos kept spawning out of nowhere.

Every day, he went home tired Mentally broken and Physically exhausted and That night, he slept and when he woke up…

He was in the Dragon Ball world.

At first, he thought it was a dream. He pinched himself and even Slapped his own face. Tried everything to wake up but Nothing Worked.

After some time, he had no choice but to accept it.

He was really isekai'd.

Not just into any anime but into Dragon Ball. The grandfather of all shonen. And worse… or maybe crazier… he became Son Goku's son.

Son Gohan and the one with most Potential than other Saiyan's.

As days passed, he realized something terrifying.

This was not the Dragon Ball he knew.

Not GT, Super or Heroes....but This was the Future Trunks timeline.

"Fuck…i now realised how Fucked my Future truly is " he thought.

The Z Fighters were dead. Every single one of them. Killed in battle.

That meant only one thing.

He was the only one left who could fight. The only one who could throw punches against the nightmare coming.

And the worst part? All of this hit him just a Month ago Like waking up from a dream inside a dream....still He hadn't even fully processed it yet.

Because right now, he wasn't an adult. He was Gohan A 10-year-old boy.

And two years ago, in this life, his father Goku had already died from the heart virus and The future of this timeline was already broken Because With his Father death PlotArmour of this Timeline also Died...and The two androids, Android 17 and Android 18, became unstoppable. They spread chaos everywhere they went. City after city was destroyed. Everything turned to ash. The Earth slowly became a living hell.

Vegeta died fighting them.

He fought with pride till the end, as the prince of the few remaining Saiyans. Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, and the others fought too. One by one, they all fell.

But their deaths meant nothing and The androids did not stop They kept destroying cities, laughing, playing, killing.

Now, the few survivors lived like shadows. Some hid in forests. Some stayed inside caves. Others lived in small shelters they built themselves—far away from crowded places, anywhere people wouldn't notice.

At that time, Gohan was not there....He did not fight in that battle as He was out collecting the Dragon Balls. Because of that, he survived.

That was his good luck.

But at the same time… it became his biggest pain. Everywhere he went, there was bad news. Cities destroyed and soo many death as if any Hope from this World is gone.

And because he survived, Gohan blamed himself every single day and He suffered like that for a whole month and Then, his body finally gave up due to Mentally blamming himself and Gohan became seriously ill.

And he died.

That was when my soul entered him and That was when I was isekai'd into his body. In my past life, I was someone else. An American student named Franklin Grover. Compared to this world, my old life was simple. Normal. Peaceful.

Because of that, "Gohan's" personality changed. He became more cheerful. More calm. His mother, Chi-Chi, noticed it too.

Only I knew the truth The old Gohan was goneand He was replaced by me The moment I gained awareness, memories hit me like a tidal wave. Every memory of Gohan from the time he first understood the world… to the moment he died.

all Pain. Fear. Loss. he felt that too and So much suffering for a child so young. No wonder he couldn't bear it anymore.

I took a deep breath.

"From now on," I thought, "I'll change this world."

Maybe our souls merged. Maybe something else happened. I don't know.

But I had his memories.

I knew how to control ki. I knew how to fight. I knew his strength. His past life and my past life… both mixed together inside me.

Now, I was Gohan.

After calming himself, Gohan stood up and opened the door. He walked into the yard and pulled out a few green vegetables. That was all they had—vegetables and fish.

As he walked back, rain started to fall.

With a little ki, he dried his clothes instantly.

He opened the door, walked into the kitchen, and placed the vegetables down.

"Mom," Gohan said softly, looking at Chi-Chi, "I brought back the vegetables." Altough he knew Chi-Chi was not his real mother. But at the same time… she was his mother now.

After receiving all of Gohan's memories from childhood until today those feelings were real. Deep. Heavy.

Seeing her son healthy again, Chi-Chi felt truly happy. He was the only family she had left. Her only one.

Then he heard her voice.

"Gohan, put the vegetables here. I'll wash them myself."

Hearing Chi-Chi's voice, Gohan smiled and placed the vegetables on the table.

"Mom, let me help you," Gohan said "If we do it together, it'll be faster."

As he spoke, he rolled up his sleeves.

Chi-Chi nodded.

Seeing her son like this smiling, moving on , and full of life after that terrible illness she couldn't put her feelings into words.

Because of the destruction caused by the androids, Mount Paozu had been without electricity for a long time. The only power they had came from a spare battery Bulma gave them. It could only provide light inside the house.

To recharge it, Chi-Chi learned to use Ki as Bulma made that Battery based on that.

So for cooking, she still used firewood as The sky outside was dark and gloomy.

Under the weak light, mother and son sat together at the dinner table and ate. Even Gohan was surprised by his appetite. He ate five or six bowls of rice, eggs, carrots, and vegetables without stopping.

Seeing him eat so happily, Chi-Chi felt even more relieved.

His mood was finally better. He wasn't blaming himself anymore for the deaths of the Z Fighters and people .

Deep inside, Chi-Chi knew something.

If Gohan had been there that day… he would have died too.

She didn't say it out loud.

She didn't want to imagine a world where she lost him as well.

"Mom, your cooking is really good. Just like always," Gohan said, taking more rice and cabbage-carrot curry into his bowl.

Hearing that, Chi-Chi smiled.

"Then eat more, Gohan," she said gently. "You need to grow strong and healthy."

Gohan nodded and kept eating.

"Mom, I'm going to Aunt Bulma's place tomorrow… her hideout," Gohan said, looking at Chi-Chi.

Chi-Chi turned toward him, surprised.

"What's wrong, Gohan?" she asked softly.

"I want to ask Aunt Bulma about something," Gohan said.

" dad's spaceship… the one he came to Earth in. It should still be there. I need to use it."

He spoke carefully. He had to talk to his mother first. He couldn't just leave and make her worry even more. The tension in the world was already too much.

"Goku's spaceship?" Chi-Chi said, shocked "What are you planning, Gohan?"

She looked at her son her little boy sitting in front of her, only ten years old. Her eyes filled with worry.

She had already lost her husband. Goku was gone, with no chance of coming back. If she lost her son too… she didn't know if she could keep living. Even her father's fate was unknown.

"Mom," Gohan said seriously,

"the androids are destroying everything. Survival is getting harder every day. If they aren't stopped… I don't even know if this world will survive."

Chi-Chi stayed silent.

"So I want to ask Aunt Bulma if the spaceship is still there," Gohan continued.

"If it is, then I want to go to Planet Namek and find the Dragon Balls."

Chi-Chi's breath caught.

"I can't stay here right now," Gohan said honestly.

"The androids are everywhere. They could come here anytime. And I'm still weak. I can't fight them."
