The Tyrant’s Lexicon

King Malchor's rise to power began when he discovered the Echo-Chamber, a forbidden cavern beneath the palace. There, he learned that if you scream a lie long enough, it becomes a physical truth. Malchor used this to rewrite reality. He declared that "Water is Fire," and suddenly, the city's fountains began to burn.

Malchor wore a cape made of the "Silence of the Oppressed"—a heavy, black fabric that absorbed any sound directed at him, making him immune to verbal rebellion. His throne room was decorated with the Tongues of History, petrified speeches of past heroes that he had shattered into gravel. He didn't just want to rule the present; he wanted to delete the past so that his voice was the only thing that had ever existed.
