Nighttime.
The starlight was extremely dim.
The moonlight hanging in the sky was also obscured by thick, dark clouds.
Gusts of cool wind blew, making people shiver involuntarily.
It felt as if a major event was about to occur.
Inside the Hall of Worship.
Jin Mian sat in the main seat, fiddling with a Chinese chess piece in his hand.
A red character was carved onto the chess piece.
General!
And below, on the left and right sides.
Dozens of Spirit Hall Elders.
As well as five thousand elite Soul Master teams carrying various firearms in the outer square.
All were fully equipped and ready to go.
Soon after, the Seven Great Consecrated Elders also arrived one after another.
Seeing that almost everyone had arrived.
Jin Mian clenched the Chinese chess piece in his palm.
He stood up and walked toward a wall.
Pointing to the map hanging there, he said.
"The plan to completely eradicate the Upper Three Sects, composed of the three major powers—the Clear Sky Sect, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan—has now been finalized."
"Based on the current evaluation of the three forces."
"Next, I will make the following deployment."
Jin Mian first pointed to the coordinates of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan on the map.
"Sixth Consecrated Elder, Seventh Consecrated Elder, the two of you will take fifteen Elders and one thousand Soul Masters to encircle and annihilate the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. That old dragon Yu Yuanzhen is dead, and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan no longer possesses high-level combat power."
"However, to minimize losses."
"The Sniper Squad will use silent combat methods to take care of their outer gates and sentry posts first."
"To prevent them from sending warnings."
"After the main force silently arrives at the designated location."
"The Artillery Battalion will first carry out a round of fire coverage."
"Remember, the moment the shelling stops, everyone rushes into the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and completely wipe out all survivors! All treasures within the clan must be confiscated!"
"At that time, the Tiandou Empire will dispatch troops to cooperate accordingly."
"And the Angel Legion will also provide you with air support."
The reason Jin Mian chose Qian Jun and Demon Subduing Douluo to lead the attack on the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.
Was because their Martial Souls were both Coiling Dragon Rods.
This Martial Soul is a top-tier Tool Spirit on the continent.
Attached inside the rod is a Heaven Awakening Holy Golden Dragon!
This dragon was formed by the condensation of the righteousness of heaven and earth.
It possesses a natural suppression effect on the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Martial Soul.
Not to mention, the two of them also have a Martial Soul Fusion Skill.
Sending them to eliminate the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan was perfectly suitable.
Qian Jun and Demon Subduing Douluo both clasped their fists: "Holy Son, rest assured, we two will definitely complete the mission perfectly!"
After deploying the plan to attack the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.
Jin Mian then pointed to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School.
"High Priest, Fourth Consecrator, Fifth Consecrated Elder, the three of you will take Ling Xi, Ling Jiu, Tie Jian, and thirty other Elders, along with three thousand Soul Masters, to launch a devastating strike against the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School!"
"Considering that Ning Fengzhi is cunning and there are two Titled Douluo within his Sect."
"Plus, the operation is taking place in the Star Luo Empire."
"To avoid tipping them off and causing people to escape."
"And alarming the Star Luo Empire."
"Ten Elders will form a circle and jointly use their spirit power to activate a barrier."
"The Branch Halls of the Star Luo Empire will help you divert some attention at that time."
"The three Consecrated Elders will show up first to draw the attention of Ning Fengzhi, Chen Xin, and Gu Rong."
"The other Elders will lead the three thousand Soul Master teams to complete the encirclement."
"Once the encirclement is complete, begin the attack!"
"Considering that the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School is extremely wealthy, there will be a severe shortage of manpower for transporting the spoils of victory after the battle."
"Therefore, a special approval has been made for two thousand Logistics Troops; they will not participate in the fighting but only transport money and treasures back."
Regarding the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School.
There was nothing much to say.
As long as Chen Xin and Gu Rong were contained.
The remaining disciples would be like lambs waiting to be slaughtered.
After all, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School is merely a support Sect.
Most of the disciples within the Sect.
Were all Support-type Soul Masters.
Although they had recruited some disciples with Battle-type Spirits into the Sect.
Their numbers were pitifully small.
Not to mention, there were few high-level Soul Masters.
So, they were not worth fearing.
As for the last one, only the Clear Sky Sect remained.
"Grandfather, Third Consecrated Elder, the Clear Sky Sect will be entrusted to you."
"Based on the situation I personally investigated last time with Xiao Xue."
"The Clear Sky Sect's overall strength has increased significantly during these years of Sealing the Mountain."
"I have already written down the general situation; you can read it on the way. I won't elaborate too much here."
After the plan to attack the Upper Three Sects.
Was finalized.
Jin Mian looked at everyone with a serious expression: "Everyone! This operation requires strict secrecy!"
"Just in case."
"This information can only be known by the people inside the Hall."
"The Soul Master teams outside do not need to know; they only need to follow orders and act."
"Everyone will rest here for one night today."
"We depart early tomorrow morning!"
"I, the Holy Son, will remain in command at Spirit Hall!"
"Seventh Consecrated Elder, stay here for now. The rest of the Consecrated Elders, follow me to the Rear Hall; I have something to give you."
Demon Subduing Douluo's face was full of question marks.
"Wait? Why am I staying?"
As soon as he finished speaking.
Qian Jun slapped him on the back of the head.
"Idiot, what do you think?"
Demon Subduing Douluo, who had been slapped.
Immediately realized.
Keeping him here was entirely to ensure that the information would not be leaked.
This operation was of great importance.
The number of participants was also particularly large.
It was possible that some Elder had a relatively good relationship with the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School or the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.
And thus leak the information.
Causing them to prepare beforehand.
Even if they could achieve victory, they would likely pay a considerable price.
Having clarified his current task.
Demon Subduing Douluo no longer had any questions.
Jin Mian then led the other Consecrated Elders to the Rear Hall.
Jin Mian took out seven small boxes from his Storage Space.
After opening the boxes.
Several small black bricks appeared inside.
Light Plume Douluo couldn't help but feel curious.
He picked one up and asked, "What is this thing?"
"This item is called the Thousand-Mile Sound Transmitter, also known as a mobile phone!"
"I specially had the personnel from the Technology Department urgently create these for this operation."
"Currently, there are only seven units."
"Each of the Grandfathers gets one unit."
"Grandfather Qian Jun, you and Grandfather Demon Subduing Douluo can share one unit."
After the distribution was completed.
Jin Mian immediately began explaining the mobile phone's function.
Due to technological limitations and the time constraint.
The mobile phones Jin Mian had created currently had only one function.
That was calling.
After all, that damned System provided pitifully few Technology Rewards now.
Fortunately, during the previous time in Slaughter City.
After Signing In.
The System gave him a Spirit Tool Compendium.
After finishing the book.
Jin Mian gave the book to Lou Gao, and at the same time, described the mobile phone's usage to him.
Finally.
Through the combination of Jin Mian's abstract descriptions and the knowledge of spirit tools.
Lou Gao and his disciples.
As well as many Spirit Tool Masters.
Broke their heads thinking and finally managed to develop the seven mobile phones before the operation began.
After the six Consecrated Elders finished listening to the mobile phone's function.
They exclaimed in amazement repeatedly.
They never thought such a small object.
Could actually transmit sound over a thousand miles; it was truly unbelievable.
Jin Mian continued: "Alright, that's enough about how to use the mobile phone. After you each arrive at your target location, dial the number as I just instructed you."
"Then report the situation on the ground to me."
"Upon hearing my command, immediately launch the attack!"
The six Consecrated Elders nodded and left one after another after hearing this.
After resting for one night.
The seven Consecrated Elders, leading their respective teams, secretly set off...
