"Holland, please take a seat," the principal said, having a meeting with Holland about his desired university and the school's need for his creative ideas for the sports competition.
"You're looking for me, sir?" Holland asked.
"Yes, Holland, we've seen your final grades, and they're impressive. We want to hold a competition here, and we'd like you to dedicate yourself to organizing the event."
"Me? Why not someone else?" Holland shrugged.
"I know you're new, but you're not alone..."
Their conversation was interrupted by another voice.
"Sorry I'm late," a girl's voice was heard as the principal invited her in.
"Keyli, I've been waiting for you," the principal said, indicating Holland was already there.
Meanwhile, Jerry found Laura eating alone in the cafeteria.
"Laura, where's Keyli?" Jerry asked.
"In the principal's office," Laura replied.
"Did she do something wrong?" Jerry wondered.
"Maybe she's working on a big project. The principal called her and Holland."
"Holland too?" Jerry became curious.
Back in the office...
"But, sir, we're both new students. Do we have to participate?" Keyli questioned.
"Aren't you smart from your previous school? We need students like that."
"I don't care about the school event," Holland said.
"Holland, you want to get into Harvard, don't you? I can dedicate you there. Let's discuss it with my mom," the principal said.
Keyli remained silent, knowing this was a good opportunity for her to get a scholarship to her dream university.
After the meeting, Keyli found Jerry waiting outside.
"What's this new project? The principal asked you and Holland to participate?" Jerry asked.
"I didn't have a choice, and Holland is the best candidate. I want that university," Keyli explained.
Jerry felt uneasy about Keyli working with Holland.
"From tomorrow, don't go with Holland. Come with me," Jerry offered.
Elis waited for a ride but saw Holland leaving school.
"Hey, can I ride with you?" Elis asked, and Holland agreed.
In the car, Holland remained silent, focusing on his book.
"Sorry to bother you," Elis broke the silence.
"No problem," Holland replied.
"Have you seen my sister? I've been waiting for her," Elis asked.
"No, maybe she's with Jerry," Holland said.
Elis looked concerned.
At home, Sarah was surprised to see Jerry and Keyli arrive separately.
"Where's Jerry?" Sarah asked.
"He had a gerd attack. Keyli called me," Sarah explained to Holland.
Jerry was resting in his room when he heard Holland's car.
In the evening, Jerry was still upset.
"Hey, Jer, what's wrong?" Sarah asked.
"Nothing, Mom. Just enjoying the yard," Jerry replied.
"I've prepared something for you," Sarah said.
"What?"
"Your dream campus in Germany."
"And Keyli?" Jerry asked.
"Keyli has her own dream campus," Sarah replied.
"Harvard?" Jerry asked.
"Yes, she's going for a scholarship," Sarah said.
"Is Keyli going to the same campus as Holland?" Jerry asked.
"Yes, they're in the same university. Why?" Sarah asked.
"No reason, Mom," Jerry said, looking at Holland watching them from his window.
The next day, Keyli went to school early and met Laura in the meeting room.
"Laura, what are you doing here?" Keyli asked.
"My mom works here. I'm part of the school dedication," Laura said.
Holland arrived late, and Keyli was annoyed.
"Can we start the meeting? The others are tired of waiting," Keyli said.
Holland ignored her.
The meeting discussed the school sports competition.
"Is that all?" Keyli asked, wanting more, like a charity event or party.
Holland dismissed her idea.
"Who cares about a party?" Holland said.
Keyli was upset but the others agreed with her idea.
Jerry still wasn't speaking to Keyli.
"Hey, Jer, sorry about yesterday," Keyli tried to apologize, but Jerry left early.
Holland drove Keyli home.
At home, Jerry was still upset.
"Mom, I know what you're planning. You're going to marry Keyli and Holland, aren't you?" Jerry said.
"What are you talking about?" Sarah asked, shocked.
"You brought Holland here. I know, Mom," Jerry left.
Sarah was shocked and worried.
In her office, David comforted her.
"Don't worry, Jerry will be okay," David said.
The next day, Keyli went to school early.
In the meeting room, everyone was discussing the event.
Holland arrived, and Keyli was ready.
"Let's start," Holland said.
Keyli tried to block him, but Holland was annoyed.
"Move, please," Holland said.
"You're always late," Keyli said.
Jerry watched from afar, feeling uneasy.
The meeting continued, and Keyli's idea was accepted.
Jerry still wasn't speaking to Keyli.
