Chapter 112 - The First Meeting With Karena’s Daughter

Not long after Allen lay down, Excella wrapped her arms around him.

"Allen… you won't leave me, right?" Excella asked softly, her voice carrying a hint of fear—as if she was afraid all of this might just be a dream.

"Of course not. You're my woman, Excella. There's no way I'd leave my woman," Allen said, pressing a gentle kiss to her pale neck.

"Promise?" she whispered.

"I promise," he replied.

"Will I… get pregnant? You know, you released a lot inside me. I just… don't know if I'd make a good mother," Excella said nervously, her hand resting on her stomach.

"Well, about that… I don't really know," Allen admitted. Then he looked at her, gently brushing the strands of hair away from her face. "And don't worry," he added softly, taking her hand and kissing it. "I'm sure you'll be a wonderful mother."

Hearing that, Excella felt a wave of relief wash over her, and all her worries slowly faded away.

After relaxing for a while and chatting with her, Allen then carried Excella in his arms and brought her to his lab.

"Where are we going?" Excella asked, her voice filled with curiosity.

"Well, to make sure something like this doesn't happen again, I think it's best if we strengthen your body a bit," Allen said as he activated the fusion chamber.

"But Allen, is this really okay? What about the baby?" Excella asked worriedly, as if she was already convinced that she was pregnant.

Allen simply shook his head, finding her concern surprisingly endearing—it almost made him want to kiss her again.

"Don't worry," he said gently. "The baby isn't even three weeks old yet, so it's perfectly safe. Besides, the serum I'm using is a modified version—it's much milder."

He was using the same type of serum Annette had once used, one designed only to enhance the body's resilience and immune system.

Hearing that, Excella finally relaxed.

"Can I get a kiss before I fall asleep again?" she asked softly.

"Of course," Allen replied.

He leaned down and kissed her deeply for a few moments before pulling away.

"Sweet dreams," Allen whispered.

Not long after, the fusion chamber activated, and Excella's body was slowly submerged in the glowing fluid.

.....

Four hours had passed since Allen left his workspace. Right now, he was waiting for his cooking to finish while reading a novel to pass the time. Not long after, the apartment door opened, and it turned out to be Karena, accompanied by a beautiful girl who looked remarkably similar to the actress Lauren German—the one who played Detective Chloe Decker in the TV series Lucifer.

Karena then walked toward Allen, who was sitting comfortably in the living room, absorbed in his book. Allen, sensing someone approaching, turned around to see who it was, and his eyes widened slightly in surprise when he saw Karena's daughter—she looked almost identical to the actress he knew. actress yang dia maksut tentunya adalah Lauren Christine German.

"Allen, let me introduce you. This is my daughter, her name is Laura LesPorux. Laura, this is my boyfriend, Allen Winter," Karena said, introducing the two.

Her daughter's name even sounded almost the same as the actress's—only the last name was different.

"Nice to meet you, Allen," Laura said, blushing as she reached out her hand.

For some reason, she felt a little shy—perhaps because her mother's boyfriend was incredibly handsome and still young, making her feel a bit embarrassed. At the same time, she couldn't help but feel slightly jealous that her mother had managed to find a man like him.

"Nice to meet you too, Laura. You're really beautiful—very much like your mother," Allen said with a smile, shaking Laura's soft hand.

Hearing that, Laura felt a mix of happiness and embarrassment. Somehow, just from hearing Allen's voice and the way he smiled at her, her heart began to beat a little faster. It almost felt like she might have fallen for him at first sight—even though he was her mother's boyfriend.

"T-Thank you," Laura replied, her heart racing as her cheeks flushed even deeper.

"Okay, how long are you two going to keep holding hands?" Karena said, noticing the way her daughter bit her lip. She had already expected something like this might happen.

"Ah… right," Allen said, letting go of Laura's hand. He felt a bit disappointed, but there wasn't much he could do.

"Oh, have you two had lunch yet?" Allen asked.

Karena shook her head. "We just got here and haven't eaten yet," she replied.

"Oh, great then. Let's eat—I'm sure my cooking should be done by now," Allen said as he stood up and headed for the kitchen.

"Oh? What are you cooking?" Karena asked curiously, only now realizing that Allen could cook.

"I'm making some Middle Eastern dishes—I was curious about how they taste," Allen said casually.

It was actually his first time trying such a recipe, following one from a cookbook Tiamat used in the kitchen.

When Karena heard that Allen was cooking purely out of curiosity, something about it didn't sit right with her.

"Allen… you can cook, right?" she asked, just to be sure.

"Of course," Allen replied confidently.

But in reality, the only thing he had ever cooked before was instant noodles.

Karena raised an eyebrow, a strange sense of unease creeping into her mind. Whether it was instinct or intuition, for the first time, she found herself doubting her boyfriend's words.

"Okay, I'll go wake up the girls so they can join us," Allen said as he turned and walked toward the girls' rooms.

Laura, who was still sitting at the dining table, looked at her mother in confusion.

"Other women? Mom, can you explain what Allen meant by that?" she asked, clearly not understanding.

Karena took a deep breath before finally explaining her relationship with Allen.

Laura listened carefully, and by the end of it, she fell silent for quite a while. She hadn't expected her mother to be in such an… unusual relationship with a man like Allen—a man who apparently had more than one woman in his life.

But after recalling what she knew about him—a billionaire with a large company in America—Laura slowly began to understand.

After all, it wasn't that strange for a man like him to have several women around him.

Strangely, instead of feeling angry or disappointed, a different thought crossed her mind…

Maybe I also have a chance to get closer to him… no, no, no—why am I suddenly thinking something weird like that?

While Laura was still lost in her thoughts, Rebecca, Svetlana, Ada, Alyssa, and Excella—who looked like she had just finished her fusion process—entered the dining room. They introduced themselves kindly and began chatting casually with Laura.

A few minutes later, Allen appeared, carrying a large tray of food. He smiled confidently as he set it down on the table.

But the moment he lifted the lid—

The entire room fell silent.

The dish… was hard to describe. Its color was strange, its shape unclear, and even its smell made everyone hesitate to consider it edible.

Laura couldn't help but think, Is this… even meant for humans?

"Let's eat," Allen said calmly as he sat down and started serving the food.

But no one moved.

"Allen… what exactly did you cook?" Rebecca asked carefully, as if she were dealing with something dangerous.

"It's camel hump," Allen replied casually, already about to take a bite.

But before he could, Rebecca immediately stopped him.

"NOOO! Honey, let me cook something else, okay? We… we don't need to eat this," she said quickly, gathering the plates and rushing to the kitchen.

She simply couldn't bring herself to watch Allen eat something that even a dog might reject.

"Pfft… hahaha!"

Laughter broke out among the girls.

"Hey… why are you all laughing?" Allen asked, looking genuinely confused.

But deep down, he actually felt a bit relieved.

Still, out of pride—and unwilling to admit that he couldn't cook—he tried to maintain his image in front of them.

"It's nothing, honey," Ada said, gently taking his hand and stroking it.

At least, this man wasn't perfect. And for some reason, that made Ada feel a little grateful—perhaps because she and the others all shared one thing in common: most of them could cook.

And judging by their expressions, it seemed the other girls were thinking the exact same thing.

.....

After lunch, Allen continued his day by relaxing while watching TV. There wasn't really anything else for him to do—especially since Brian hadn't told him to return to the R.P.D. for the time being.

However, in the middle of his peaceful break, Laura suddenly approached him.

"Mind if I sit here?" she asked softly, a little hesitant, not wanting to disturb him.

"Of course," Allen replied with a gentle smile, glancing at her.

The girl wasn't much older than Claire Redfield—probably around eighteen or nineteen. Laura looked young and beautiful, standing at about 170 cm, with a slender figure and a modest B+ cup chest.

After sitting down, Laura looked at him for a moment before asking abruptly, "Allen… do you really love my mom?"

"Of course I love her. Why are you asking?" Allen replied, a hint of curiosity in his voice.

"Well…" Laura hesitated, her fingers fidgeting slightly. "I'm just a little unsure… and I'm afraid you might hurt her feelings. Especially since I know about you—how you have many wives and lovers. I'm just… worried because…"

Her words trailed off.

In truth, Laura had wanted to call him a womanizer outright, but for some reason, she couldn't bring herself to say it. Maybe it was the calm and sincere impression Allen gave off… or maybe it was because her mother genuinely looked happy, even though she had to share him with other women.

Still, she knew she had to ask this—to make sure Allen was truly serious about her mother. She didn't want her to get hurt again… especially after what had happened in the past. The memory of her father—who had died after being killed by her own mother when he tried to violate her—left a deep scar on Laura, making it hard for her to trust men so easily.

"Well, I get what you mean," Allen said after a moment, his tone calm but serious. "I admit I'm a bit of a womanizer, and I won't deny that. But I also take responsibility for my actions."

He looked at her directly.

"Don't worry. I'd never leave your mother."

Laura stayed quiet for a few seconds before finally nodding.

"Okay… I hope you keep your word," she said softly, sounding a little more at ease.

......

Two weeks had passed, and during that time, Allen and his women had done nothing but relax and enjoy themselves in the city. Time seemed to slip by unnoticed.

Now, late at night, Allen was in his office, reviewing the data he had recovered from the Spencer Mansion. He sat quietly, his eyes fixed on the screen, when suddenly there was a knock at the door.

Knock… Knock… Knock…

"Come in," Allen said, glancing toward the door.

It was Ada—walking in gracefully with a tray of food in her hands. She set it down on his work desk.

"Come on, eat first. You can deal with that later," Ada said softly, placing her hand on his.

"Alright, just wait a bit," Allen replied.

"Hey, I said eat first. What are you even working on?" Ada asked, resting her hand on his back.

"I was reviewing some of the data I took from the Spencer Mansion during my last mission," Allen said between bites.

"Ohh, mind if I take a look?" Ada asked, clearly curious about what he had found there.

"Of course not," he replied casually, shifting slightly to let her sit on his lap.

That made Ada smile, and without hesitation, she sat down on his lap.

When Ada looked at the data on Allen's computer, her expression slowly changed. Her eyes widened slightly, and her lips curved into a faint frown as she read further. The files detailed disturbing experiments—especially the one about Lisa.

Even as a mercenary and spy, Ada rarely let emotions interfere with her work, but something about this… made her feel sick. Disgusted. And strangely, sad.

Without saying a word, Ada turned back and wrapped her arms tightly around Allen.

"You okay?" Allen asked, noticing her sudden change in behavior.

"I'm fine," Ada murmured, pressing her face against his chest. Somehow, being in his arms calmed her down. She didn't even understand why she had been so emotional lately—something inside her just felt… different.

"Allen," she whispered after a moment, "can you come with me tomorrow? I want to check something at the hospital."

"Sure, but… why do you want to go to the hospital?" Allen asked, gently stroking her back.

Ada hesitated before adding softly, "I think… I might be pregnant. I missed my period last week."

Allen smiled softly, tightening his embrace.

"Really?"

"Well, you look really happy about it," Ada said as she hugged him tightly.

"Of course I am," Allen replied, kissing her cheek, lips, and neck.

"Ahh, okay, okay, that tickles… don't kiss me there," Ada said, though Allen continued teasing her.

After a few moments of affection, Allen finally started eating, with Ada feeding him. As she brought another spoon toward his lips, she suddenly seemed to remember something.

"Allen, I also wanted to tell you—Umbrella has some sort of deal with The Family. It looks like Spencer and The Family have a relationship that's both partnership and rivalry. Also, a few days ago, I found out Umbrella planted a spy inside The Family."

Allen wasn't particularly surprised by that. He had already suspected something like it. In fact, he somewhat admired how far the old man, Spencer, had gone in his obsession with control.

"Thanks for the info," Allen said calmly, his hand subtly drifting down to her lower back, teasingly close to her curves.

Ada felt his touch but only smiled quietly, leaning closer against him.

"So, what's your next move?" she asked softly.

"Well, right now, I'm focused on tracking down a few missing people—those Umbrella kidnapped."

He remembered the promise he had made to Cindy and Alyssa—they had asked him to find their friends who had gone missing.
