It has been a full two and a half hours since Jay Jay slept, but I did not sleep, I just kept looking at her, I could feel her warm breath on my neck, her fragrance, I kept caressing her hair and her back.
I saw her groaning in pain when she tried to move her body even a little in her sleep.
I was feeling helpless because I wanted to reduce her pain but her pain was not reducing.
I asked my maid to bring me a heating pad but she hasn't brought it yet.
"Keifer???" I heard Jay Jay muttering in her sleep.
"Yes..jay, iam here".I said and she suddenly sit on my lap.and looked into my eyes.
"Why did you call me a trouble maker?".she asked angrily.
"When, when did I call you a trouble maker?".I asked in hurried.
But suddenly her eyes got teary.
"W-what happened jay?".
"Kiefer, when will I get the answers to my questions?Who will stay with me?I have this phobia that drives me crazy and I even forget who I am. " she said, her voice turning into a sob.
My Jay Jay, she's already worried about her past. And on top of that, her periods are making it worse. I don't know how much my baby will suffer.
I hugged her.
"We will find the answer, I will be with you all the time. promise"I said and crease her cheeks.
She smiled.
"I still need answers to my questions from Angelo Kuya".She said this and went into the washroom without looking back.
And after a while she came out and said to me, "Come with me to Kiefer".
She asked me to drive the car and we went straight to Fernandez's house.
Jay Jay went inside and stood directly in front of Angelo. Angelo was sitting on the sofa working on his laptop, Aries was eating, and Tita was in the kitchen.
"Well, you said my stepfather is dead, my mother killed him, now that he's dead, what is he doing with his sons here in the Philippines?" She asked her eyes teary but her voice is calm.
Angelo looked at me and asked me, "What is she talking about?"
"Jay said he saw his stepfather and his sons here, and they were alive".I said.
Angelo also looked shocked, but he quickly changed his expression and said "She said it and you agreed."
I nodded.
"Kuya answer my question".she again step infront of Angelo.
"Jay, you have some wrong notion, that man is dead, you might have seen someone else". Angelo said calmly but why I feel like he is hiding something.
"No, Kuya I can't misunderstand. I looked at him, the same fear, the same anger, everything I was feeling was the same as I felt 5 years ago." she said, her voice breaking, but it was like she is She's sewing herself into pieces.
I didn't say anything but went over to Jay Jay and held her hand. Tears were flowing from her eyes and her gaze was fixed on Angelo.
"you know a part of my life that I have forgotten"she said and the stitches that Jay had been applying to her broken wound was broke, and Jay was completely scattered. Please, "Kuya I want to know that".
"No, not yet". Angelo said.
"So when,When my°Phantom° truly establish itself in my mind?When I forget myself, I will hurt someone else with those memories that are pricking my mind like thorns, or I will hurt someone close to my heart".she said and my strong woman, broke here.
Silence
"Keifer ,get Jay Jay out of here". Angelo said .and went to his room.
"Well, you can't do this to me, please answer my question."she said and broken into peaces.
Aries ran towards Jay Jay and hugged her tightly.
Jay Jay did not hug Aries, she just kept crying.
Aries kiss her forehead.
Aries took Jay Jay's hand from my hand, which I was still holding.
"Jay, I will tell you everything but not yet anak, not yet".he said and kiss her forehead.
Jay Jay was sitting on the sofa and looking ahead with a blank expression.
Jay Jay got up from her place and said"Keifer I want to go home".she said and I held her hand and take her to my car made her sit on seat.
Aries came after us, he did not stop Jay Jay or me because he is aware of Jay Jay's condition, if he said anything now then Jay Jay's trauma could be triggered.
I brought Jay Jay into my room, made her sit on edge of the bed, and sat on my knees in front of her so that she could look me face to face.
"Jay Jay what are you thinking love"I asked gently.
"Keifer , I want to sleep "she said.
Looking at me with tired eyes.
I nodded and made her lay down on bed.
And I was about to get a heating pad for Jay Jay, but Jay Jay grabbed my wrist and said, "Please don't go, stay with me."
"I am not leaving jay, I'm just going to get you a heating pad".
"You are enough for me, Keifer".
She said and I sat on the bed and made Jay Jay sit on my lap and kissed her forehead.
"I am always with you, whenever you want".I said.
She put her head on my chest and hugged me by my waist.
And she did not sleep, she just hugged me and remained silent.
And this silence was not awkward. Even after being silent, I was not silen I promised to always protect her.
After sometime I made her eat and I take her to our garden . To Divert her mind and jay say on graas her eyes close listening the waves of air and birds chirping.
It was silence, a comfortable silence,The kind of comfort that comes only when you know that someone special to you is understanding your thoughts without any hesitation, without any promises without any words and I just sat there, staring at her.
"It's peaceful"she said still eyes closed and calm.Try to forgetting the °Phantom°.
And trusting me with her entire heart and mind.
I did not force her to talk, I just waited for her to get better.
