Sienna's hand trembled, nearly dropping the phone. "What do you mean she won't survive? What's wrong with her?"
"She needs her medication," Carmen's voice was rushed, panicked. "The equipment they brought, it's not working it's– not sterile. The formula isn't right for a premature baby. And she's been crying for hours, they won't let me take her to a hospita or get external help. They just keep saying to 'make it work.'"
"Where are you?" Sienna demanded. "Tell me where you are and I'll come get her—"
"I can't. They'll kill me. They're watching everything I do." Carmen's breathing was ragged. "But I can tell you... I can tell you they're planning to move again. Tonight. Somewhere further. Out of the city. Once they do that, you'll never find her."
"When? When are they moving her?"
"Two hours. Or maybe less. Alejandro is arguing with someone right now—something went wrong with their plan. They're scrambling about something."
