Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Ignorance

They… did not know…

An overwhelming fear devoured their body.

Breathing felt heavy and suffocating, as if the air itself refused to enter their lungs. Their heart

pounded violently, erratic and uncontrolled. Their legs trembled uncontrollably.

No voice would come out.

Their eyes were wide open…

Staring at a figure that could not be expressed in words.

There was no form they could comprehend.

No language capable of describing it.

Only fear—so extreme that it crushed their consciousness.

For them, this encounter was not a coincidence, but an unavoidable fate. The being before them

was not an entity that should exist in this universe. Its mere presence felt sufficient to erase the

world… to destroy it.

They did not know why a High-Entity Being would choose to meet them.

Their body continued to tremble.

A single second felt unbearably long, gripping them tightly, as if time itself had slowed solely to

torment them. Their mind felt heavy—so heavy—and exhausted.

Then… a voice was heard.

Not from one direction.

Nor from a single space.

The voice pierced through all boundaries—space, time, even the concept of existence itself.

"God of Calamity—Armageddon."

"All beings call me by that name."

"Human… a mortal no more than dust before the universe."

"Do you understand the meaning of this meeting?"

"I ask you—as the first human to know of my existence."

The voice sounded like that of a young girl—yet at the same time, like that of a man.

Heavy—and suffocating.

The voice alone overwhelmed them, merely staying conscious was difficult, let alone understanding

what was happening.

They wanted to answer.

But no sound would come out.

As if something was clogging their throat.

Their breathing was shallow. Their body trembled violently. Their legs gave out, unable to support

their weight, and they collapsed in terror.

Silence…

This was not something that could be answered.

They did not know—and this was not something they could comprehend.

Their thoughts stopped.

There was no answer they could form to respond to the being's question.

When—

Everything changed.

The dark sky and barren land vanished, replaced by incomplete structures. Like the ruins of a

temple destroyed by a time that never existed.

The night sky now resembled a vast, empty void without stars. Fragments of ruins floated silently,

yet threateningly, as if held in place by an unseen will.

Amid the confusion—

They heard the being's voice once more.

"You do not need to answer.

This is not as you understand it."

"Human—your consciousness and actions before me are the only things I wish to observe."

"How a being as fragile as you attempts to stand on the same level as me."

"Answering my voice would only erase you."

"You understand that…."

Dread—that was what they felt after hearing those words.

Humans could never stand equal to a High-Entity Being. Their body rejected the very idea, for they

knew: answering the question meant annihilation.

They—did not know…

The being stared sharply at them, as if observing something beyond their comprehension.

What was the meaning of this meeting?

That question endlessly circled their mind, yet not a single answer could be found.

Their body remained weak. Their breathing stayed shallow. Their heart continued to race. Their

mind eroded—moment by moment—everything felt painfully slow, unbearably… slow.

Until…

"Become my incarnation."

"This is not a request."

"This is a mission."

"I will share a fragment of my existence within your body."

"Human—before long, other high entities will discover this world."

"They will throw everything into chaos."

"Your mission is to find a human. You will know when you are near them."

"Protect that human. Watch over them. And destroy all other incarnations."

They would know—the path they would walk. A path determined by fate.

Without the ability to choose…

Without the ability to refuse…

A mission that must be carried out. A mission that would lead them toward something they could

not even imagine.

It all sounded noble, yet the reality was cruel…

There was no resistance.

There was no choice.

And so, they accepted it.

Protecting someone they did not even know. For something they could not understand. For a will that offered no reason.

There were no words.

No sentences.

They were unable to speak, unable to express either intent or desire.

"...."

They looked at it.

Staring directly at the being.

Fear continued to consume them. There was no freedom.

This was fate.

They did not know—how they would face all of this.

How would they know?

What meaning awaited them within this mission?

Slowly, the floating debris began to rotate around the ruins. Strange lines formed circular patterns,

and at the center, they sat—resigned.

Unable to move.

Unable to act.

Only able to accept what would happen to them.

Incarnation.

Becoming a vessel for a High-Entity Being.

Perhaps… there would be a price to pay. Perhaps—they would lose themselves. Lose their

humanity. Live as a being that existed solely to fulfill the mission given to them.

Without freedom…

Only obedience…

A tool.

To carry out the will of a being that could never be understood.

Their vision blurred.

Whispering voices filled their mind as their consciousness slowly faded. They felt changes within

themselves.

Power overflowed.

Their body underwent transformation.

Without warning. Without notice.

An excruciating pain suddenly shook them—so intense that their consciousness collapsed. They

lost consciousness in the midst of the process.

"Arma."

"That is the name I give to you."

"O my incarnation, find their existence."

"Protect. Watch over. And destroy all who seek them."

Prologue complete.
