"Leave this place, Luna, run. Go anywhere. Just leave!"
Luna's amber eyes shifted to look at her aunt in bewilderment. "Aunt Marion, who are these people?" she asked, confusion obvious in her voice, looking from her aunt to the men, whom she could guess were twins from the way they looked.
One looked at her with a scowl on his face while the other looked at her like he'd seen a ghost.
Luna was sure by their dressing that they were not from this pack. "Were they the owners of the carriage outside?" she wondered, her eyes now looking at them with interest. But before they could answer, her aunt moved to stand in front of her as if to shield her from their view.
