Police tape cordoned off the area, and officers were continually dispersing the crowd.
The onlookers speculated about what could have possibly happened to warrant such a massive response.
Jane Sterling ducked under the police tape and moved to the side.
"Captain, the speedboats are ready. Team Two just got back from a patrol, but they couldn't find the location."
The middle-aged man standing beside Jane nodded grimly.
Luna Nash leaned close to Jane's ear and whispered.
"Are you the only one who can find it?"
Jane was a little confused. 'Still, this is my mission, so there must be a reason for it.'
Thinking of the items in her backpack, Jane's expression grew somber.
"This way, please."
After they boarded the speedboat, just as expected, with Jane and her group on board, they passed through a layer of white fog and arrived smoothly at the island.
