"The long weekend is almost here. Any plans?"
If Drew Thorne hadn't reminded her, Jane Sterling wouldn't have even remembered the long weekend was coming up.
Thankfully, Aethelgard University let students stay in the dorms even during breaks, so she didn't have to go back to hole up in her cramped attic.
'How could that place ever compare to this luxurious dorm?'
During breaks like this, she used to go on trips with her parents, but....
Jane pushed the memories aside.
"I'll probably just stay in the dorm, sleep in every day, binge-watch some shows, eat some good food, and just get some proper rest."
As she spoke, Jane let out a yawn right on cue. So much had happened lately, and she hadn't been sleeping well at all.
One moment she was being chased around the dorm by a senior, the next she was trapped by a ghost wall at the Fischer family's ancestral graveyard. The end result was that she was barely getting to bed before the dead of night.
