In the empty room, ghastly white curtains billowed slowly.
The others were all startled by Jane Sterling's piercing gaze.
"What are you looking at? Let's just go."
"Yeah, it's almost dark. We should hurry back, just in case..."
Jane Sterling raised a hand, signaling for them to be quiet.
She then turned to look at the slowly opening door.
From Jane Sterling's angle, she could clearly see the door being pushed open bit by bit.
But the three girls standing by the entrance were in a blind spot and couldn't see what was happening inside at all.
Jane Sterling spoke calmly.
"Senior Golding, is that you?"
Hearing Jane Sterling call out, the other three felt goosebumps erupt all over their skin and stumbled back several steps.
They were too terrified to make a sound, holding their breath in fear.
Seeing the door pause for a long moment, Jane Sterling spoke again.
