Profit and risk go hand in hand. Unless she had the energy to supervise a construction site every day, Chi Yun'er had no intention of touching real estate.
However, her long-term plan to coast into an early retirement did include goals like buying land to open a shopping mall and entering the electronics industry.
But after opening her flower shop and having three adorable children, her desire to simply stay home and cherish her family grew stronger.
She wasn't going to do it herself, but she could encourage Zhao Jinming to do it!
She would invest the capital while he would contribute his management skills, and they would split the profits fifty-fifty.
With this plan in mind, she asked for Jiang Yihua's opinion.
"Yunyun, I don't have any objections. You can do whatever you want. But I have to give you a heads-up: no matter how close people are, once profit is involved, the relationship is no longer pure. Money is the root of all evil, and it can cause things to get very ugly."
