Finding technical personnel was a bit easier; if they couldn't find top-tier talent, they could at least poach a few people to form a team and avoid leaving vacancies. But buying AI brains was incredibly hard. They could only purchase Level 6 or Seventh Level ones. Seventh Level AI brains were scarce, expensive, and didn't even provide much of a boost.
Stacking AI brains of the same level only expanded the total concurrent online users of the app. To increase the online capacity, data intensity, and server replication for each specific regional grid—such as a streamer's live room—they needed higher-level ones.
However, Level 8 AI brains were strictly for military use.
