The steamer was on high heat, and before long, the sweet aroma of cooked pumpkin began to drift out with the white steam.
Jiang Qiuqiu lifted the lid. As expected, the pumpkin in the bowl had already softened.

Making the pumpkin dough was incredibly simple and required no skill whatsoever. There was no special technique or trick to it; you just had to knead the glutinous rice flour and pumpkin puree together.
