After finally digging the jar out from under a huge pile of various supplements gifted by others, Mu Zhe twisted open the lid. When he smelled the incredibly fresh and pleasant aroma wafting from the ointment, he felt as if he had found a priceless treasure. But then, a cold sweat trickled down his back. 'If Wei Qiang hadn't been worried and called just in time, Father would have probably passed away, and our family would have never even known what we'd missed.'
He now completely believed what Zhang Wei Qiang had told him: 'This ointment's recipe is a secret formula our ancestors stumbled upon. Not only are the herbs used very precious, but the production process is also incredibly difficult. The slightest mistake leads to failure. That's why even our own family has very little in stock. If it weren't for our solid friendship, my family wouldn't have been willing to part with it.' At the same time, he felt incredibly fortunate.
