On the deck of the pirate ship, over a hundred passengers from the plane were now all sitting in a corner, guarded by five or six pirates armed with AKs.
The burly-faced pirate leader stood before the railing, frowning as he stared at the plane's exit.
'It's been so long. Why hasn't anyone come up?'
Just as he picked up his walkie-talkie to ask about the situation inside, it suddenly emitted a burst of static. Then, a faint, intermittent voice came through:
"Oh no, you can't take this ton of gold for yourselves. It should be handed over to the leader to deal with..."
The pirate leader froze for a moment upon hearing this, then his expression changed drastically. The voice belonged to his most trusted subordinate; he was clearly reporting to him in secret!
"Those bastards! Trying to take a ton of gold for themselves? They're really courting death!"
