The young man gave a shy smile, then led the way toward the center.
The glamorous woman followed close behind, her voice cold as she said,
"Keep up!"
Hengji rolled her eyes, shoved Chi Yu aside, and belligerently took the third spot in line.
But Chi Yu's form was ethereal. With a quick twist, he reappeared in front of Hengji. She flew into a rage, but before she could lash out, Feng Hua glanced back. Though she said nothing, the look was enough to make both Hengji and Chi Yu behave.
Before long, three groups of people had gathered in the center of the battlefield. A number of superpowered firearms and ammunition lay here, but nothing else—no cannons or other supplies. Even the amount of ammo was limited.
"Qingshan, Zhang Hu, long time no see!"
Feng Hua stepped past her team to greet the other two squads. She was, in fact, their class president.
"It has been a while. Almost two months. Time really flies. In the blink of an eye, we're all sophomores!"
