After New Year's Day, Su Li and Little Tang Mo went back to their school routine.
After school, Su Li picked up Little Tang Mo, and they discussed it on the way home.
Before, she had been avoiding the reality that Little Tang Mo would never be able to speak. Su Li didn't even push him to use his notepad, let alone learn sign language.
But now, learning sign language was officially on the agenda.
Little Tang Mo knew what sign language was, and he nodded when Su Li mentioned it.
Su Li stroked Little Tang Mo's head. "We can make it a competition and see who learns faster. As smart as we are, we should be able to get the hang of it over the break."
Little Tang Mo nodded again.
"Once you learn sign language, Little Mo, you won't have to go through the trouble of writing everything out every day!"
