Su Li got up early to meet with the agent. She spent the entire morning negotiating the purchase of the two properties and then handled the transfer of deeds.
After lunch, she went to see another seller whose asking price was a bit higher.
The location was average, but the property was large—a courtyard house. After looking it over, Su Li negotiated the price a little and bought it on the spot.
It was an incredibly bold move.
Buying three properties in a single day made the agent look at her in a new light.
"I'll keep an eye out for those other things you mentioned..." The agent spoke up on his own initiative this time, without Su Li needing to prompt him.
