In Interrogation Room One.
A single incandescent light beat down directly on Harold Goodman, making his already pale and sallow face look even more ghastly white.
"Do you know why we brought you in?" Shawn Cheney asked.
Harold Goodman shook his head. "No."
Shawn asked, "What is your relationship with Dana Young?"
On the other side of the one-way mirror, Renee Jennings and Sheryl Sawyer watched the scene with cold expressions.
Harold Goodman's eyes darted around before he answered, "Didn't I already tell you? We're coworkers."
"Coworkers?" Shawn spun his pen. "Then why do your coworkers say you're a couple?"
"What?" Harold was dumbfounded. He hadn't expected the police to have already questioned their coworkers.
"I'll ask you again. What is your relationship with Dana Young?"
"We…" Harold stammered. "We… we dated for a while, but then we broke up. Now we're just coworkers."
