Sawyer looked at PorkCongee and reassured her, "Don't worry, we'll get you out of here."
Walter Conway's brow furrowed, his tone tinged with annoyance. "I already said we'd take her home. There's no need for you to get involved."
Henry Stark shot him a cool glance before his eyes landed on Donovan Grant's hand. His tone was calm, yet it left no room for argument. "Let go."
Staring into Henry Stark's deep-set eyes, Donovan Grant felt his scalp prickle for some reason and subconsciously released his grip.
Freed, PorkCongee quickly scurried over to Sawyer's side.
"You can't take her." Walter Conway frowned and snapped, "You two are young. I'd advise you not to stick your noses where they don't belong. Do you have any idea who this gentleman is?"
He pointed to Dylan Grant, his voice laced with arrogance. "President Grant is not someone you can afford to offend."
Henry Stark's expression was serene, a faint, unreadable smile playing on his lips. "Is that a threat?"
