Michelle Shepherd hesitated for a long time, but finally agreed to the autopsy.
Kyle Morgan walked her out of the station. "Thank you for your cooperation."
Standing at the station entrance, Michelle Shepherd grabbed his hand and said emotionally, "You have to find the person who murdered my brother!"
Kyle Morgan's expression was serious. "We'll notify you as soon as we have any results."
"Okay!" Michelle Shepherd finally left, wiping her tears as she went.
Kyle Morgan let out a sigh of relief and turned to head back to the office.
The conference room door was pushed open from the outside. Renee Jennings looked up and saw Kyle Morgan walk in with milk tea. She raised an eyebrow. "Is Ms. Shepherd gone?"
"Yeah," Kyle Morgan said, exasperated. "Talking with her is exhausting."
Renee Jennings smiled. "My little spider has made some progress."
