It was as if he had been reborn.

He felt as though he had no Realm, yet he understood that he had already reached Foundation Establishment.
His body was in an entirely new state, capable of bearing even greater power.
In that moment, Jiang Man suddenly began to understand what Foundation Establishment was, and what it meant to advance one's Realm.
It was a fundamental improvement of the body, which then allowed it to contain more Spiritual Qi, vital energy, and Spirit.
