The "Nine-Headed Sanctuary" skill from the Great Black Heaven Dragon has two stages.
Stage one is the Three-Headed, Six-Armed state. In this form, the body can expand up to 18 meters tall. The three heads and six arms command the powers of destruction, lava, toxic smoke, rock spikes, steam, earthquakes, consumption, perception, and regeneration. For every point of base Physical Strength and Endurance, this state can be maintained for one second.
Stage two: Dragon Transformation!
You briefly transform into a Nine-headed Giant Dragon. Physical Strength and Endurance are boosted by 500%, and physical toughness becomes comparable to that of a true dragon. The application of destruction and its derivative powers becomes effortless and intuitive. For every point of base Physical Strength and Endurance, the body can increase in length by one meter, up to a maximum of one kilometer!
