The so-called "difficulty" in cultivating a High-level Meditation Method did not lie in "squeezing" one's Mental Power. Rather, it lay in whether one could use their Mental Power as a "paintbrush" to successfully construct that incredibly complex and exquisite "visualization diagram" within their sea of consciousness.
This process was more like a fiendishly difficult math problem. You could either solve it, or you couldn't. If you couldn't, it simply meant your "computational power" and "knowledge reserves" were insufficient. Naturally, you would get stuck at a certain step and be unable to proceed. In this process, there was no such thing as "forcing it." It was like an elementary school student facing a college-level calculus problem. They wouldn't even understand the question, let alone know where to start. It was impossible for them to injure their brain by "forcing" themselves to solve it.
