Then, as if gripped by an invisible hand, it rose high into the air, trailing a red afterimage as it ruthlessly slashed down at the long black serpent!
The Demon Blood Red Lotus Sword was formed of Spiritual Qi, whereas the long black serpent was merely a coalescence of a sword technique! It didn't possess even a hint of sentience, so how could it know fear or the need to dodge? Pulled in by the Demon Blood Red Lotus Sword, it actually surged forward to meet the attack!
SWISH! The long black serpent was sliced in two. It instantly lost its form and dissipated into two plumes of black smoke that slowly scattered in the air. The colossal sword manifested from the Demon Blood Red Lotus Sword, now moving like a divine instrument, swung around... and swatted viciously at Zhe Wushuang as if he were a fly!
