The well-built man had been hiding, trying to figure out an escape route, but before he could come up with a plan, a tranquilizer dart suddenly hit him, taking him down.
His body stiffened, his eyes rolled back, and he collapsed onto the floor.
His fall was like someone hitting the pause button on the chaotic scene.
Everyone inside stared at Evan Keller in terror. 'That cop actually dared to shoot!'
'I can't move. If they single me out for moving around and shoot me dead, there's no one I can complain to!'
Soon, everyone in the room fell silent.
Evan Keller waved his hand, signaling the officers behind him to come out and take the suspects away. Once he confirmed no one was left behind, he led the large group back to the police station.
