When Evan Keller and his team arrived at the scene, they saw a man lying in a pool of blood, his eyes shut and his face ghastly pale.
Nearby, a sedan was crashed crookedly against a stone bollard. The driver was slumped over the steering wheel with their eyes closed, their condition unknown.
Not far from the man, a woman with a slightly swollen belly was propped up on the ground. She, too, was in bad shape.
She was clutching her stomach, her expression one of unbearable pain, as blood continuously flowed from her lower body.
The crowd of onlookers was in a frenzy, some calling the police, others calling for an ambulance.
Soon, Evan Keller and his team were on site.
"Officer, a car suddenly shot out and hit my daddy and the auntie. Then Daddy lay down, and the auntie said her tummy hurts." A little girl in a princess dress, her face stained with blood, stood on the road looking lost.
