The Pig Emperor snorted. "Who knows? Just wait. He'll wake up when he's supposed to."
The Pig Emperor's attitude was curt. After speaking, it burrowed straight back into Mo Qi's arms.
Mo Qi smiled faintly. He knew exactly why the Pig Emperor was upset.
The Silver-backed Earth Dragon had been roasted whole and pan-fried as steaks. Everyone had eaten their fill, but the Pig Emperor, the biggest glutton of all, couldn't take a single bite.
It was only then that Mo Qi learned there were two types of food the Pig Emperor wouldn't eat: Demon Beasts with the blood of the Dragon Race, and pork.
Mo Qi guessed it was probably because they shared a common ancestry, so the Pig Emperor couldn't bring itself to eat them.
Smelling the aroma and only being able to watch others eat while getting none for itself was undoubtedly the greatest torture for the Pig Emperor.
