Seeing Su Qi was happy, Jiang Zuo decided to close his eyes for a little longer, hoping to sleep through the rest of the night.
"What are you doing? Still sleepy? Then go sleep in the bedroom," Su Qi said, playing with Jiang Zuo's hair.
Jiang Zuo immediately sat up. "Oh, right. How did you get back so quickly?"
"My master brought me back. She was going to stay for a bit, but she left when she saw you were sleeping," Su Qi said.
Her aunt still didn't know Jiang Zuo's identity, so he wasn't worried.
Then, Su Qi added, "I bought groceries. I'll make you dinner now."
Jiang Zuo glanced at the sky outside. "What time is it? It's already dark out."
Su Qi got up and headed for the kitchen. "It's not that late, only around ten. We can go to sleep right after we eat."
But just as Su Qi was halfway there, she suddenly slipped and fell.
