Qin Wu giggled, looking quite pleased with herself. After all, at only fourteen or fifteen, she still had a girlish innocence. That, combined with her noble and elegant air, made Mu Chen stare at her, utterly mesmerized.
"Hey, you can't just stare at a girl like that," Qin Wu said after being watched by Mu Chen for a moment. A blush appeared on her fair little face, and she lowered her head.
Her words snapped Mu Chen out of his daze. He awkwardly rubbed his nose. "Um… you're very beautiful." After saying it, even Mu Chen himself was stunned.
Qin Wu froze for a second, then looked up. Seeing Mu Chen's dumbfounded expression, she let out a "pfft" and laughed, her smile like a blossoming flower. Then she shot him a glare and said huffily, "Pah! Who's as blunt as you? You playboy."
