The shout stunned all the buyers present. Even Elder Zhou, on the stage, was frozen in place. It wasn't that he'd never auctioned an item for two hundred thousand—he'd handled many, in fact. But this was the first time, the absolute first time he'd ever heard of two Martial Power Pills fetching such a high price. After composing himself, Elder Zhou's voice boomed once more, "A distinguished guest has bid two hundred thousand! Two hundred thousand! Do I hear a higher bid?"
At the sound of Elder Zhou's voice, some of the crowd snapped out of their stupor. Han Jun, however, was instantly furious. He turned to a young man of about his age beside him and demanded, "How much money did we bring?"
The man whispered, "Young Master, we only brought four hundred thousand Purple Elemental Crystals. However, you can only personally use one hundred and fifty thousand. The rest is for bidding on the item the Master instructed us to acquire."
