Chapter 25: Furious Thunder Force
After walking for half a day, Mu Chen remained vigilant. He had completely formed the habit of moving without making a sound—the bell at his waist was silent. Of course, this was only when he was walking. If he were to attack or was in a state of panic, he would still instinctively revert to his old habits.
Just then, Mu Chen suddenly thought of something and quickly called out, "Master!"
The Profound Old Ghost's figure materialized eerily behind Mu Chen, giving him a start. Once he saw who it was, Mu Chen said angrily, "You old fossil, can you not pop up and scare people like that?"
The Profound Old Ghost, however, completely ignored him and said nonchalantly, "What is it, kid?"
The corner of Mu Chen's mouth twitched, a vein bulging on his forehead. "Didn't you say you were going to teach me a Combat Skill? It's been over forty days! Without a Combat Skill, how am I supposed to survive here with just this iron chain?"
