Joy bloomed in Javier Sinclair's heart as he wrapped an arm around her. His gaze shifted from the woman in his embrace to the child she cradled.
He reached out to gently stroke his daughter's head, an irrepressible smile spreading across his face. Cradling both mother and daughter, Javier Sinclair murmured, "I never used to believe in fate, but now I do."
"Our meeting was arranged by fate."
