Adonis Kingsbane did not waste a single second.
"Hold still," Adonis commanded with the absolute chill of the abyss.
He squeezed his hands. The cosmic hunger of the Void flowed from his palms directly into the sun-forged metal. The unbreakable chains groaned in agony. They turned pale, then grey, and finally crumbled into fine dust that drifted away into the endless dark.
Emperion stood up to his full, terrifying height. The titan stretched his massive arms. The sound of his joints popping was like thunder rolling across a mountain range. He looked down at the tiny human Emperor who had just achieved the impossible.
"You actually did it," Emperion rumbled in awe. "You broke the unbreakable. But we are still at the absolute bottom of reality. How do you propose we climb back up? The Gateway of Life and Death is completely shattered."
"Easy. We will not climb," Adonis smirked darkly. "We will break down the ceiling."
