Chapter 2 - DIPIKALI Part 2

Fahat begins the investigation with his team. First, he instructs them to visit every location from where the girls had gone missing. They carefully check each place—looking for CCTV cameras, nearby shops, or anything that could provide clues. After that, following Fahat's instructions, the rest of the team starts working.

They question many shopkeepers and local people, continuing the investigation tirelessly. But nothing useful comes into their hands. The reason is simple—none of the places where the girls disappeared had CCTV cameras or nearby shops. According to the locals, very few people even pass through those areas, so they cannot provide much information.

Hearing all this, Fahat becomes extremely tense. Days pass, but the case gives him nothing. No clues, no progress.

Then suddenly, one night, another murder occurs.

Fahat is asleep when his phone rings. He receives the call—it's Dipu on the other side.

"Sir, another murder has happened."

Hearing this, Fahat immediately rushes to the crime scene.

This time, the victim is not a young girl. She looks older—around 23 to 25 years old. Arjun says,

"Sir, this time it's not a young girl. And the body looks different from the previous ones. Sir, please look at the body."

Fahat nods. "Alright, let's see."

Arjun lifts the cloth covering the body. The moment Fahat sees it, he is shocked. The girl's eyes are gone—only deep black holes remain. There are bite marks on her lips, as if someone was starving and devoured her brutally. Her body parts look deliberately mutilated, as if the killer took pleasure in destroying her piece by piece. The worst part—her private area has been completely removed.

Seeing this horrific sight, Fahat feels nauseous.

Just then, Riya arrives and hands Fahat a note.

"Sir, this was found with the body."

Fahat opens the note. On it, there is a smiling emoji and a message:

"Fahat, even if you want to, you won't be able to catch me.I like playing with you. I was bored for so long—now I've found a new player.Let's play police and criminal.Every murder I commit will come with a note just for you.If you can predict my next move and stop the murder—and catch me—then I'll accept that you are truly worthy of being a policeman."

Reading this, Fahat's anger boils.

He orders Riya to send the body to the forensic lab and leaves immediately.

Later, at the police station, Fahat sits alone, thinking deeply—how to solve this case, how to defeat this psychopath who has challenged him directly.

Riya suddenly enters.

"Sir, the report is here."

The report confirms what Fahat had already suspected—but there is something new. A strand of hair was found on the body, and it does not belong to the victim.

Fahat asks, "Whose hair could this be?"

Riya replies, "Sir, we found the hair with the body, so we sent it to the lab. This is the report."

Fahat goes to the doctor and asks for details. The doctor confirms that the hair belongs to another woman.

Hearing this, Fahat orders blood samples to be collected from many women in Dipikali to find a match.

When the final report arrives, Fahat is stunned.

He immediately drives to Dipikali and brings Chuipa in for questioning. After intense interrogation and pressure, Chuipa finally breaks and says,

"That girl used to behave badly with my daughter. Because of her, my daughter died. She was a bad woman."

Fahat thinks to himself—I was wrong. I thought a mother killed another girl for her own child.

But suddenly, Hakim calls.

"Sir, another murder has happened. There was another note too."

Fahat freezes.

The person he arrested never mentioned this note or the game. That means Chuipa doesn't know everything. Someone else is controlling her… forcing her to do these things.

Fahat rushes to the crime scene. He opens the note—it's the same smiling emoji, the same words.

"Another murder will happen on Friday. If you can save the girl, save her."

The body is killed in the exact same way as before.

Fahat searches the scene himself, desperately trying to find any clue—but once again, he finds nothing.

The game has truly begun.
