Neo sat on his bed, the watch on his wrist.
He needed to find a way to reach his future self.
— Okay…
He took a deep breath.
— Can I really go back?
Neo examined the watch carefully.
Three buttons:The front one,the back one,and the center one.
Without hesitation, he pressed the back button.
A portal appeared behind him.
This time, Neo wasn't scared.
The portal enveloped him, leaving the room empty.
Day 1 — 23:10
A portal opened in Neo's room.
He appeared sitting on his own bed. The portal vanished shortly after.
— Okay… let's see.
Neo picked up the phone and called Júlio.
— Hello?
— Hi, Júlio. It's Neo.
— Hey, man.
— Júlio… when was the last time you saw me?
— Earlier today. Why?
Neo hung up.
He looked at the calendar.
A faint smile appeared on his face.
— I made it back.
Ten minutes passed.
— Okay… so far, I can go ten days into the past or into the future, at the same time.
Neo stood up.
A plan began to take shape.
— It's 23:20… if I go to the future and, there, set the watch to 22:50 and press the back button…
He swallowed hard.
— I'll go back to today… minutes before he appears.
Without thinking further, he decided to test it.

Neo emerged from a portal.
He set the watch to 22:50.
Pressed the back button.
And disappeared.
