The Year of the Pearl (Age 10)
Lakan spent this year in the lush, aromatic gardens of the Chrysanthemum Douluo. Yue Guan was initially skeptical, but he soon realized Lakan wasn't interested in traditional pill-rolling.
Using his knowledge of vibration and pressure, Lakan developed Daloy ng Mutya (Flow of the Pearl). Instead of using fire to refine herbs, he used a soul power vacuum. He would place rare ingredients into the Banga-Pilak (Silver-Clay Pot), then surround it with a pressurized "Stillness" field.
"You aren't cooking them," Yue Guan whispered, mesmerized. "You're singing the essence out of them."
Lakan's signature creation was the Gamat-Mutya (The Living Essence). He developed three specific "Pearls" for his own growth:
The Bone-Marrow Pearl: To nourish the Batong-Pilak( Silver Stone) skeleton from within.
The Clear-Sky Elixir: For mental clarity and spiritual expansion.
The Phoenix-Regen Pearl: A concentrated healing mutya that could repair meridian micro-tears instantly.
Because these were created via "Unified Flow," Lakan's body accepted them with zero side effects. His soul power became purer, losing the "brutish" heat of raw fire and gaining the refined, crystalline quality of a Sovereign.
The 36 Heavenly Star Acupoints!
This is the stage where the practitioner condenses 36 hidden "Stars" (nodes) within the flesh, once the Meridians are clear.
With his body nourished by the pearls, Lakan began the most grueling part of his ascension. Opening the 36 Heavenly Star Acupoints was like drilling wells into his own flesh.
Because accupoints are already fixed. Opening new ones brings great change, and pain.
By the end of this year, he had successfully opened the first 12 Acupoints along his arms and chest. These acted as "Sub-Dantians," passively drawing in Heaven and Earth energy.
The benefit was immediate: when Lakan entered the x20 Overdrive, the Star Points acted as "In-take Valves." They pulled in nature energy to refill his reserves while he was still fighting. The "Stellar Chain" was beginning to form, stabilizing the violent pressure of his heart.

Every night, Lakan would mentally replicate the seven divine melodies. This internal symphony acted as a "Spiritual Mesh" over his consciousness.
The Defensive ability is called Song of Life. He tested this against Hu Liena. Despite her charm being boosted by her Rank 49 power, her spiritual influence couldn't penetrate Lakan's mental barrier. The "Song of Life" simply resonated her charm into silence.
The offensive ability is called Stone-Soul Pressure. During a spar with the Golden Trio, Lakan hummed a single, dissonant tone. The effect was immediate - Xie Yue and Yan felt their spiritual sense "petrify," as if their minds were turning to stone. It wasn't a physical paralysis, but a mental one, leaving them open for a killing blow.
Lakan intentionally avoided using the Eyes of the Origin God or the God Seed for these tasks. He knew those were his "Divine Keys" - eserved for when he truly evolved his gaze at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. For now, he was mastering the mortal limit of a master's mind.

He looks toward the Supreme Pontiff's inner sanctum. He can feel the turbulence in Bibi Dong's soul—the clash of her twin spirits and the lingering darkness of the Rakshasa God's influence.
"The foundation is ready," Lakan thinks, his violet-gold eyes glowing with a calm, predatory light. "The pearls are refined, and my stars are burning. It's time to help the woman who gave me this path.
