"Wha... what are you doing" Hati struggled against the restraints but it was pointless as Rugi tore into his body.

The icy haired Zeon implanted the mark onto Hati's chest, wiring his energy genes to travel to that point.
"Finally with this you Humans will be able to achieve at least mild success against the upcoming threats" Rugi mumbled to himself as he released Hati.
