Chapter 22 - Chapter 22 Buggy the Clown!

In just a few minutes, Kyle learned the idea of combining the two uses.

He expanded his Observation Haki, cooperating with the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, and spread it towards the surroundings at an extremely fast speed.

In just a moment, nearly half of the Goa Kingdom's area was covered by Kyle's Observation Haki.

This was also the limit his Observation Haki could currently reach.

It had to be said this range was extremely exaggerated.

Moreover, Kyle could now achieve targeted strikes within the area covered by his Observation Haki, just like Enel in the original story.

And he did not need a thundercloud as a medium.

Whenever he wanted, lightning could be directly born from the void to strike down.

After all, he possessed the high-grade Violet Heaven Thunder, which was far superior to Enel's low-quality Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

For example, Luffy's rubber could withstand Enel's thunder, but when facing his Violet Heaven Thunder, its performance was only slightly better than that of an ordinary person.

And this was only the power of his Violet Heaven Thunder from before.

With his greatly increased fruit development, the power of Violet Heaven Thunder had correspondingly grown quite a bit.

And it would become stronger and stronger during the continuous development process in the future.

Suddenly, Kyle's gaze froze, as if he had discovered something, a hint of peculiarity revealed in his eyes.

He murmured softly,

"This guy. Why is he here?"

"Interesting. Let's go say hello to him."

As the words fell, Kyle's figure transformed into a purple lightning bolt, streaking towards a certain direction.

One minute earlier, on a certain mountain dozens of kilometers away from where Kyle originally was.

A figure held a yellowed treasure map in hand, moving through the forest while checking the route drawn on it.

The visitor wore a jester's hat, had blue hair, and yet the most eye-catching feature was his large red nose.

That's right, this person was none other than one of the future Four Emperors in the original story, Buggy the Clown.

The good friend of another Four Emperor, Red-Haired Shanks.

Although, Buggy truly had little strength, his luck was quite good, otherwise he could not have become one of the new Four Emperors.

He also caused quite a stir in the world.

But at this moment, he was a pirate obsessed with treasure hunting.

Every day he took different treasure maps and searched for treasures everywhere.

Buggy held the treasure map in his hand, compared it for a while, then muttered,

"It should be right around here. Where is it?"

As he spoke, Buggy's head kept looking around in all directions.

Suddenly, he felt his foot step into empty air, his expression immediately changed, and he instinctively looked down.

"Ah."

Buggy's figure disappeared from the forest, leaving only his scream, which greatly startled the small animals in the woods.

Thud.

A dull sound came as Buggy fell directly onto the ground.

"It hurts, it hurts."

Buggy's voice sounded in the darkness.

The next moment, a flame appeared out of thin air within the darkness.

"What is this."

Buggy shrieked, his body retreating several steps at an extremely fast speed, his face turning pale, and a few drops of sweat flowing down his forehead.

In front of him, a dried-up corpse was leaning quietly against the rock wall.

The reason for Buggy's scream was precisely this. The moment the firelight lit up, he and the dried corpse were only zero point zero one centimeters away from kissing.

This scared him so much.

Even though he had experienced many storms and waves, this situation was still a first for him.

After calming down for a while, Buggy quickly composed himself. It was just too sudden earlier, otherwise he wouldn't have been scared.

As someone brave enough to dig for treasures, encountering such things was very common.

Buggy shone the firelight around him and found he was now inside a cave.

Looking up, the distance above wasn't very high, only about a dozen meters.

But because it was in the forest, the moonlight was blocked, so the light cast down was very dim.

After looking a few more times, Buggy discovered a cave entrance appeared on his left side. The edges of the entrance were not naturally formed but had traces of manual excavation.

Buggy's eyes immediately lit up.

This is the place.

Filled with excitement, Buggy immediately walked towards the cave, completely without fear.

Just kidding, as a professional treasure hunter, being bold is the most basic quality.

However, the very next second after Buggy's figure disappeared into the cave, a figure appeared at the place where Buggy originally was.

In this thick darkness, almost no outline of the figure could be seen, but two faint purple lightning bolts flickered in the dark.

It was Kyle.

By attaching lightning to his eyes, he could achieve a night vision effect.

So this darkness, which was completely unclear to ordinary people, had no effect on him at all.

Glancing at the dried corpse leaning against the rock wall beside him, Kyle immediately thought of a good idea.

A smile appeared at the corner of his mouth.

Inside the cave ahead.

Buggy was still moving forward unhurriedly, looking around from time to time.

"Buggy."

Suddenly, a groan-like call came, making Buggy instantly tense up, his expression drastically changing as he shouted in alarm,

"Who's there."

As he spoke, Buggy shone the firelight in his hand around, but did not find anything abnormal.

After quite a while, Buggy still didn't see anything appear, nor did he hear any more sounds, so he couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief.

He patted his own chest.

"Darn it. Not sleeping well has caused auditory hallucinations."

"Scaring myself."

"After finding the treasure this time, I must get a good sleep. This treasure hunt has taken a lot of my energy."

As he said this, Buggy turned and continued walking in his original direction.

But just after taking two steps, the familiar groan sounded again.

"Buggy."

"Who is it."

"Who exactly is it."

Buggy turned his head sharply.

If he thought he might have been hallucinating earlier, now he was absolutely sure, one hundred percent, that it was not an auditory hallucination, but that he really heard someone calling him.

"Who is pretending to be a ghost and playing tricks on me. Do you want to die?"

"I'm telling you, if you come out now, Lord Buggy might still consider forgiving you. Otherwise, if I catch you later, you'll be in big trouble."

Buggy spoke with a fierce tone but a weak heart.

But if one looked carefully, one could see his two legs trembling slightly.

His throat also moved involuntarily, and cold sweat dripped from his back nonstop.

"Buggy."

At this moment, that voice appeared again.

The next moment, a black figure slowly emerged from the darkness, revealing its shape.

Buggy's face instantly became filled with extreme horror, his mouth so wide it could fit an egg, and his eyes revealed intense fear.

Because he saw that the dried corpse that had been lying against the stone wall earlier was now extending a hand and slowly walking towards him.
