MAX'S POV
I woke up feeling terrible.... I tried to remember what happened last night... The last think I remember is Marcus helping me into the room and telling me to sleep it off....
But I know something is not right but I couldn't figure it out.... I heard some rumbling outside....
I washed up and went out to see Nick and Kian setting the table and Marcus cooking...
Nick came towards me and hugged me wishing me a happy birthday.... Follow by Kian....
Marcus came to me and pulled me into a hug and wished me a happy birthday caressing my back and hair..... I hugged him back feeling happy....
I looked around and I couldn't find Alex anywhere....
" Where is Alex?" I asked...
They all looked at each other and said they don't know....
" He was not here when I woke up...." Said Kian....
I checked my phone and there was a text from him....
" Something happened at the company I going to help dad with it... I am sorry that I didn't wish you a happy birthday in person in the morning.... I promise I will be there in the evening.... Happy birthday and love you...."
I read the text and a smile formed on my face.... I told the others that he has something to do at home and left early...
Marcus made me sit on the chair and we all had breakfast together....
Marcus looked at me and said " We have a surprise gift for you...."
I asked him and he said he will give it later at the school.... We all got ready and got in Kian's car...
On the way I saw a text from Evan's Nanny...
" Happy birthday my dear Sister... You are the best!!! I love you..."
I smiled... He is the only one from my so called family that loves me....
After reaching school, We went to the class.... We were earlier than usual... I sat on my seat and laid down feeling tried and sleepy....
I don't know for how long I slept but after a while I could hear some whispering around me....
I woke up and saw everyone looking at me weirdly..... And whispering. I didn't understand what was going on.... I could see some checking there phones....
I took my phone and saw many notifications popping up one by one... I opened it and played the video....
I felt nauseating.... It was my video... with some guys I don't know... They were taking my clothes off and touching me....
I felt my world crumble... All the scares on my body from my previous torments were all visible on the video....
I felt dizzy and confused.... I recognised the room.... I looked around I could see the weird look everyone was giving me....
I went out looking for them.... I saw them standing in the hallway... I threw my bag at them....
I held Marcus's coller.... Yelling at him " What the heck happened yesterday!!! "
I looked at the three of them... Nick couldn't meet my eyes so did Kian.... Marcus looked into my eyes....with his lips turning into a smirk....
" So you saw it... How is it? Seems like you really enjoyed yesterday..." Said Marcus's
I couldn't believe my eyes.... Was it the same Marcus whom I loved ? My hands which were grabbing his collar went weak....
I looked at Kian and Nick and all my friends who were there yesterday....
" All of you knew?" I asked... Their silence gave me the answer....
"Why?" I asked....
Marcus eyes turned red and he said....
" You want to know why? I'll tell you!! You dear brother and your family took our friend and my love of my life from me!!! "
I was confused what they were talking about.... He continued...
" Sunny , she was our classmate before you joined this school... She was best friend we could ever ask for... She was there for us no matter what... She was the girl whom I loved... But the one she loved was your brother....."
I understood where it was going.....
Kian continued " Everything was good until that day when she called me...."
Marcus grabbed my neck making it hard for me to breath and said " You dear brother Erik he.... He made her pregnant!!!! And left her!!!"
I could feel his hands tightening around my neck with each word he was saying...
He continued " She couldn't take his betrayal and she took her own life because of him!!!!! We lost her!!!! We lost her forever!!!"
He threw me on to the wall behind me.... With a loud noise I hit the wall and felled down.... Everyone was looking at us....
I was catching my breath desperately.... I looked at them and could see the hatred in them...
I sat straight with the support of the wall and looked at them with reddened eyes and said....
" I am sorry for your loss.... And I am sorry to say this but your revenge failed "
They all looked at me confused... before they could say anything... I felt a kick on my face.... and I could feel everyone gasping...
I fell to the floor and could feel blood coming out of my mouth... I looked up and saw my father fuming with anger....
Before anyone could react my father's bodyguard grabbed me by my hair...
AUTHOR'S POV
The bodyguard grabbed Max's hair and dragged her out of the school into the school ground and threw her on to the ground...
The whole school gathered in the school ground including Marcus,Kian and Nick and all her friends...
" For this you are coming to school?? To fool around with guys!!!! I should have known that you will always be this filthy!!!! " said Max's father....
" Dad... I...." Before Max could say another word the bodyguard kicked her in the stomach... Making her scream....
" Dad I told you before... You should have disowned her a long time ago... A person like her doesn't deserve to be a part of our family" said Erik while walking towards Max....
Erik slapped her across the face.... And kicked her many times... Making her spit out blood....
Max took all the beating and looked at Marcus... He looked confused but somewhat satisfied by how she was getting beaten up....
" I shouldn't have adopted you in the first place... From today onwards you are not a part of our family... Don't you dare come in front us ever again, even if you are dead we don't need to see you!!!! Beat her up and make her wish she was never born!!" Saying that her so called father left....
After he left, Erik gave a sinister laugh making everyone look at him.... He looked at Max who was curled up on the ground covered in sand, blood and bruises.....
" At last you are out of the family.... I don't have to pretend to care for you before anyone anymore... Do you know how much time I waited for this to happen? Even after trying to kill you several times, you somehow ended up coming back.... I hated the sight of you! " Said Erik
Max whimpered in Pain..... " Brother...."
Just as she called him he kicked her chest making her spit out blood again....
" I told you I am not your brother!!! Don't you dare call me that! I have only one sibling and that's my younger brother Evan!!.... And as for you.... You are just a toy that my parents took in for me to play with!!!!..."
After saying this Erik looked at the bodyguard....
" Kill her "
