Chapter 35 - What is the problem here?

The moment I saw it, Aira beheaded the rabbit in a single strike.

I froze.

I could never have imagined Aira doing something like that. It was beyond anything I had pictured in my mind.

"See, Hinata," I said quietly, still staring at her. "I told you… we don't need Aira's help."

But even as I said that, my eyes couldn't leave her.

Aira stood there, a sword in her hand. A radiant aura—like sunlight made of mana—poured from her body. Her long hair shimmered, and her eyes burned like twin suns.

"Anyway," I muttered, trying to steady myself, "how are we going to finish this? We need to move. Quickly."

Ayal's voice cut through the tension.

"We have to leave now. If we delay, more trouble might come to this place."

He was right.

"Yes… we need to hurry," I replied.

And with that, Hinata and I began moving toward Aira.

As we walked, a question kept echoing inside my mind.

Aira had said someone knew a little about us.

The thought wouldn't leave me.
