Kuina and Zoro looked at the heartbroken Cyrus, then at each other, before turning their heads away in unison, refusing to look at him.
Seeing this, Cyrus's smile widened.
Thump! Thump!
After two more sounds, Kuina and Zoro clutched their heads and ran into the dojo.
Robin, who saw this, covered her mouth and laughed.
Cyrus glanced at Robin.
Robin also raised a hand to cover her forehead and quietly moved two steps away from Cyrus.
Shaking his head slightly, Cyrus walked into the dojo.
When Koshiro saw the familiar bumps on Kuina's and Zoro's foreheads, he knew Cyrus was back.
He put down the newspaper in his hands.
Cyrus, Another Powerhouse from the East Blue
This newspaper was, in fact, the special edition on Cyrus that Morgans had ordered to be published.
When Cyrus came in, Kuina and Zoro stood behind Koshiro and shot Cyrus a defiant look in unison.
Cyrus returned a "you just wait" look.
Both of them felt a headache coming on.
"You've caused quite a stir this time."
Koshiro watched Cyrus enter, glanced curiously at Robin behind him, and then spoke.
"I didn't do anything major. Perhaps the sea has been too calm lately."
Cyrus's gaze fell on the newspaper in front of Koshiro as he said with a smile.
"If fighting two Admirals doesn't count as a major event, then I really don't know what does."
Koshiro watched Cyrus sit down across the table, his tone filled with emotion.
How long had it been? Cyrus's growth rate was truly astonishing to him.
This level of strength was countless times stronger than when he had left Shimotsuki Village.
"I got lucky. It wasn't a death match, after all. Those two couldn't have been serious."
Cyrus waved his hand.
"You think I'd believe that?" Koshiro said with a calm expression. Behind him, Kuina and Zoro were making faces at Cyrus.
Koshiro naturally noticed his daughter and Zoro's antics behind him, smiled, and continued.
"When you first came to the dojo, you said you wanted to live a free and stable life in this world. It seems your strength is now sufficient, but your thinking seems to have changed."
'Has it changed?'
Cyrus fell silent for a moment upon hearing this, thinking to himself.
"Yes, people change. After all, the situation now is different from back then."
Cyrus didn't deny Koshiro's statement.
Because he did indeed plan to do something.
When he first arrived in Shimotsuki Village, he really did think that having enough strength to protect himself and survive in this world was enough.
But now that his strength had increased, it was normal for his thoughts to change.
Cyrus didn't want to be bound by his own ideas.
Hearing Cyrus's words, Koshiro hesitated for a moment, but did not try to recruit Cyrus for the Revolutionary Army.
Even if his perspective had changed, Koshiro still felt it was impossible.
"So, how long are you staying this time?"
Koshiro asked with a smile, not bringing up any other matters.
"Not too long. I'm preparing to head to the Grand Line next."
"The Grand Line? That makes sense. With your strength, you're certainly ready."
Koshiro was not at all surprised by Cyrus's choice.
With the strength Cyrus was currently displaying, he was like a natural disaster in the Four Seas. Only the Grand Line was a paradise for the strong and ambitious.
"Actually, when I was in the North Blue, I could have gone straight to the Grand Line. But while raiding Doflamingo's factories, I unexpectedly obtained something, and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to deliver it."
As Cyrus spoke, he reached his hand out to Robin beside him.
Robin had been sitting quietly to the side, listening to the conversation between Cyrus and Koshiro. Seeing Cyrus's gesture, she raised her hand and placed a small box in his.
Seeing the small box in Cyrus's hand, Koshiro and the two little ones behind him looked on with curiosity.
"This is?"
"A Devil Fruit!"
Hearing Koshiro's question, Cyrus placed the small box on the table and then opened it.
A strange, dark fruit appeared inside the box.
It was shaped like a slightly enlarged apple, with markings on it resembling plum blossoms.
"A Devil Fruit?"
Kuina and Zoro both leaned in, curiously looking at the Devil Fruit in the box.
"It should be a Zoan, Cat-Cat Fruit. However, I don't have an encyclopedia, so I can't confirm for now if it's a pure Zoan, an Ancient Zoan, or a Mythical Zoan."
The characteristics were actually quite obvious.
When he first got it, Cyrus almost thought it was the Paw-Paw Fruit.
But that fruit had already been eaten by Kuma.
"So..." Koshiro looked at Cyrus.
He still remembered Cyrus saying back in Shimotsuki Village that if possible, he would find a Devil Fruit for Kuina.
But such things were treasures of the sea, and their numbers were far too scarce.
They were truly rare and wonderful items that one couldn't just seek out.
He hadn't expected that after such a short time, Cyrus had already found one.
"But let me say this first, I can't confirm what kind of fruit it is. Whether to eat it or not is up to you all to decide."
Cyrus gave a preliminary warning.
However, Devil Fruits were indeed too rare.
Compared to the scale of this world, even if there were hundreds or even thousands of types of Devil Fruits, they were still extremely rare items.
"This is too valuable!" Kuina suddenly spoke up, her eyes fixed on Cyrus.
She now understood what Devil Fruits were.
After all, Cyrus had previously mentioned that it might be a way to change her physical condition.
But the value of a single Devil Fruit was too high.
"It wasn't much trouble for me to get. It was an unexpected bonus. Besides, when I say I'll do something, I naturally follow through." Cyrus said to Kuina, raising his eyebrow.
Koshiro looked at the Devil Fruit before him with a hesitant expression.
"I won't make this decision for Kuina, but thank you very much all the same."
Koshiro thought for a moment and said with considerable emotion.
"No need for thanks. I consider Kuina my junior sister. It's a small matter."
After speaking, Cyrus stood up, and Robin followed suit.
"This is Nico Robin, a partner I found to sail with."
Cyrus pointed to Robin, then walked towards the outside.
"My room is still empty, right?"
"I'll take you! I made Zoro clean it every day!" Kuina immediately spoke upon hearing this.
Zoro rolled his eyes at her words.
Watching Cyrus, Robin, and Kuina leave together, Koshiro withdrew his gaze and let it fall upon the box containing the Devil Fruit.
He then raised his hand to close the lid and picked up the newspaper on the table again.
Meanwhile, Cyrus was holding Zoro by the collar of his clothes, leaving Robin to stare dumbfounded from behind.
"Let go of me! I don't get lost anymore!"
Zoro struggled, but how could he escape Cyrus's demonic grasp?
"Don't mind him. Even if he gets lost on his way out, he'll get lost on his way back soon enough," Kuina explained to Cyrus, looking at the familiar scene.
When they arrived at the room where Cyrus had previously stayed, Kuina pushed the door open.
It was indeed very clean inside.
"Quick, tell us about your travels!" Kuina stepped inside and beckoned to Cyrus.
"And about your fights with those strong people!"
Hearing this, Zoro immediately stopped struggling and craned his neck to shout as well.
