Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 The Difficult Road

Looking at the Yellow-haired bear before him, Juhua was filled with emotion.

The place he was currently in was the Immortal Cave passed down from Daoist Threelives, and this Yellow-haired bear was the cave mansion spirit of this Immortal Cave, which was also its artifact spirit.

He had accompanied him since Juhua was in his teens, for over three hundred years now. It could be said that, besides his younger sister, the 'person' Juhua was closest to was this Yellow-haired bear.

"senior, I failed my Transcending Tribulation!" Juhua said.

"I know!" The Yellow-haired bear nodded.

"But I won't give up!" Juhua said with determined eyes, "If I can't become a Celestial Immortal, I can still become a Celestial God! I can even cultivate a Primaltwin and let my Primaltwin Undergo the Celestial Immortal Tribulation again!"

"To become a Celestial God, your hope is slim. You cultivate the Crimsonbright Nine Heavens Diagram, and have only reached the thirteenth layer so far. You are far from a Void God Fiendbody Refiner, let alone Undergoing the incomparably difficult Empyrean God Tribulation?" The Yellow-haired bear continued:

"For your Primaltwin to Undergo the Celestial Immortal Tribulation, you have even less hope! This path is theoretically feasible, but no one has ever succeeded. Do you know why?"

"Why?" Juhua was slightly stunned.

"Because the second Celestial Immortal Tribulation is terrifyingly powerful, not even inferior to some weaker Empyrean God Tribulations. It's a tribulation that most Void God Fiendbody Refiner can't even pass. How can your Primaltwin, with a mere Earthly Immortal body, Undergo it?" The Yellow-haired bear asked.

"..."

The Yellow-haired bear's words made Juhua fall silent. Most Void God Fiendbody Refiner could rival weaker Celestial Immortal, and those who could Undergo the Empyrean God Tribulation were the cream of the crop. Most such Void God Fiendbody Refiner failed, let alone a mere Earthly Immortal Undergoing such a tribulation.

After a long silence, Juhua finally asked, "Does senior mean for me to give up on becoming a Celestial Immortal and strive to become a Celestial God?"

"To be able to grasp this point, it seems your mind isn't in chaos yet!" The Yellow-haired bear nodded slightly.

"I understand senior's good intentions! However, I will not give up on either path; I will try my best at both! But please rest assured, before my body and Dao are destroyed, I will find a new master for the Immortal Cave!"

"Your resolve is firm. I hope you truly succeed!" The Yellow-haired bear sighed and asked, "Where are you going now?"

"Stellar Hall!" Juhua said without hesitation.

"En, having just failed your Transcending Tribulation, that is indeed the most suitable place for you. Go!" The Yellow-haired bear nodded, then disappeared from Juhua's sight.

"..."

...After the Yellow-haired bear left, Juhua silently walked out of the magnificent hall door. Beyond this hall door was the true location of the Immortal Cave, where the four most precious great halls of the Immortal Cave were located.

The Treasure Hall, holding countless treasures, but requiring corresponding strength to obtain them.

The Supernatural powers Hall, containing seven great Supernatural powers. Juhua entered it when he was young, but unfortunately, he did not pass, and thus missed out on the Supernatural powers within.

The War God Hall, the most dangerous place within the Immortal Cave, and also a place full of opportunities.

The Stellar Hall, the most incredible hall, containing countless manifest mysteries of the Dao, and even complete Dao.

Juhua walked unhurriedly for a while, and soon, he arrived outside a huge wooden gate.

Looking in from the gate, there was a vibrant mountain inside, covered with large trees and weeds. But looking further down, at the foot of the mountain, it was almost barren, with only occasional weeds visible in certain corners.

At the foot of the mountain was a thatched hut, and in front of the hut was a stream that flowed down from the mountain, winding in a special artistic conception.

Above the sky were huge, brilliant stars, their light enveloping the earth, making everything below somewhat dreamlike.

These stars appeared to be stars, but in reality, they were different 'Dao'.

Juhua had admired this scenery countless times. He no longer had the inclination to look, and upon arriving, he quickly walked to a desk in front of the thatched hut and sat down cross-legged.

On the desk were books: Star Scroll One, Star Scroll Two, Star Scroll Three... a total of forty-three scrolls.

Juhua sat there, recalling his past days of comprehending the Dao here. He then sighed slightly; the past was gone, and the future was still distant.

The Dao of the Three Realms is divided into ordinary Dao, Great Dao, and Heavenly Dao. Ordinary Dao are countless. Great Dao include Sword Dao, Droplet Dao, Thunder Dao, etc. There are ten Heavenly Dao in total: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, Yin, Yang, Life, Destruction, and chaos!

The Realm of Dao can be roughly divided into comprehending the true meaning of one Dao, comprehending the true meaning of multiple Dao, the Dao domain, and the complete Dao.

Juhua used to consider his talent extraordinary. In just three hundred years, he had comprehended the complete Flowing Water Dao, Gale Dao, and Thick Earth Dao. The Great Dao Sword Dao had long since been entered, and now he was only one step away from the Great Dao domain. The Dao that had reached the Dao domain also included Rainwater Dao and Blazing Fire Dao.

With such a high Realm, an ordinary Earthly Immortal Transcending Tribulation would have hope of success. But Juhua now understood that he was different from ordinary Earthly Immortal. He possessed the Immortal Cave passed down from Daoist Threelives, and the luck he carried far surpassed that of an ordinary Earthly Immortal. Correspondingly, the Heavenly Tribulation he faced would be far more powerful than a normal Earthly Immortal's.

The matter of Juhua possessing the Immortal Cave was known only to him. The Celestial Immortal in his clan would not tell him such a thing without reason. The Yellow-haired bear had tried to stop him, but he hadn't taken it to heart.

Therefore, he failed his Transcending Tribulation, failing utterly!

The reason Juhua now understood this was entirely because he had learned much from the book "desolate era." With his broadened horizons, he naturally understood some past doubts.

It was just a pity that his understanding came a bit late.

"I don't have powerful Supernatural powers. To Undergo Tribulation and become a Celestial God, comprehending a complete Great Dao is necessary! And to let my Primaltwin Undergo the Celestial Immortal Tribulation..." Juhua sighed slightly. Although he had made up his mind, the difficulties involved were not something that could be explained in a few words.

Comprehending a complete Great Dao is the biggest hurdle for a Celestial Immortal to become a True Immortal. A Celestial Immortal's Soul is infinitely stronger than his, and their Deduction speed far surpasses his. Even after countless years, they cannot comprehend any Great Dao. For him, a Scattered Immortal, to achieve this step, the difficulty is unimaginable! It can even be said to be impossible!

"My only advantage is the Stellar Hall. Therefore, I must make good use of it. The Sword Dao is my hope!" Juhua silently told himself, then he picked up the first volume of "Star Scroll" and began to read it slowly.
