Chapter 26 - Chapter 26  Dao Of Dominance

Sherry Drake gracefully landed over the grassland. A powerful waves of energy blasted out around her with her as the epicenter. It was not even her aura but the momentum of her feet landing over the grassland.

The dozen of assassins stood still on the ground as if not effected by the sound blast. But they all became serious.

The leader of the assassin group waved signaling the others a battle formation. The group quickly organized and while holding a yellow talisman paper each.

They infused their Yuan Qi and the talisman papers lit up and a battle array was hovered around them.

Sherry was well aware of the raise of the energy level around her. She looked deeper into the array and quickly found the core. She knew the background of this battle array.

"Oh!" She said, "I never thought I'll meet a Battle formation master from the Tang State in this backwater place like this. Now I'm dying to know why you're pursuing my brother."

The leader was stunned temporarily when he heard the word 'Tang' but he quickly retain his composer. He was the one standing on the core of this magical array formation.

Still, Sherry's psyche power was in another level to be able to perceive in his slight change of aura.

"Anyway, I don't even care if you are related to the Tang. I'll still kill you. For my little brother I'm even ready to storm into the Great Tang and massacre everyone. Plus, since you are very lacking you must be someone unimportant. So killing you will never be a problem" She said proud.

The battle didn't even begin and she was so confident to kill them all.

She raised her finger and a lotus leave crimson and white in color appear. It was her lethal skill conjured from her Yuan Qi.

From the appearance, it looked like it was nothing worth anything. But the moment it was conjured, the battle array which was gathering Yuan Qi from the surrounding quake and exploded, sending debris of soil all over.

The middle-aged looking man vomited blood from the backlash as his psyche was connected to the core. It was the same for the other members. They all turned pale. And they all knew they somehow provoke someone they shouldn't even in their dream. They protruded on their knees and began to plead for their live.

"Senior, it was just a probe mission. We have no intention to take Seventh Prince's life or harm him in anyway. Please spare us."

However, Sherry didn't want to show even a bit of mercy. The word forgive and forget was not in the dictionary of her Dao. What she believed domineering and reaching the pinnacle of the cultivation.

She pushed the leaf slightly and the next thing the dozen of the assassins in the black cassocks were exploded into smithereens. Even bloods, bones and flesh were mixed into those soil.

Only a small shallow pond was remained at the spot where those assassins were.

Next her figure flickered and was already standing on the back of the white crane beside the old man with the long silver gray hair.

The old man shook his head and said, "You just went overboard there. It is like burning a whole forest in order to kill some ants. Look at your body. It's just a clone and you dare use that much energy for those ants. Sometimes I wonder whether taking you as my disciple a big mistake. You're too emotional and don't think too much before you act."

"Shut up, you all stinky fool. It is you who shadowed me for a decade to take me as your students. Thinking about going overboard and emotional, you have already wipe out over hundred of clans and martial schools. Comparing to you I'm nothing. Plus this is for my William. I need to quench the anger inside my heart too." Sherry responded.

The two began to rant at each other without holding back. While the white crane began to feel nervous and she would cried softly from time to time reminding them that they were quarreling over nothing important.

At last, Sherry was lost in their exchange of words as the old man was very shameless to begin with. She pouted, thumped her feet over the back of the crane in angry and moved away.

It was the same for her master. He snorted and slapped over the crane clearly dissatisfied. Still, he took out a pill which was exactly the size of a rice with golden sheen all over the surface.

He flicked it toward her.

Sherry on the other hand caught the pill with her mouth unceremonious. Then both of them snorted and turned their heads away from each other.

The white crane felt relieve when they they reached such situation. Because clearly when they quarrel they would beat on her. Plus this also mean she could peaceful fly away from here.

She quickly flew away.

After sometime, Sherry shouted, "Little Shu, where are you going? Just follow after my brother and cloak us with your aura." She slapped over her lightly.

But the crane felt as if a mountain was crashing over her back. This feeling was not physically but mentally which drained her mental energy from just a light tapped from Sherry.

However she didn't have the courage to speak it out because of respect and also her feared. She was minding herself at her best not to invoke the anger of those two on her back especially the girl.

Little Shu the crane flapped her large wings and turned around following toward the direction of Zane.

Sherry turned and spoke, "Old fart, my brother will not suffer like this. If you agree to help him fix his meridian."

"Stupid girl, I have said before. Fixing his meridian will only disrupt his future path of Dao. It was his fate to solve his problem himself or not to walk in the path of the martial way of immortality." The old man added, "And start calling me master."

Sherry only extended her tongue.
