Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Blue Bull Chaos

The store smelled faintly of spilled soda, burnt noodles, and leftover chaos. Somehow, the heroes and generals were still fumbling through the aftermath of the night shift, each looking slightly more exhausted—and slightly more manic—than before.

The Demon King strode down the aisle, holding a small, cobalt-blue can. He examined it carefully, his eyes narrowing. "This… Blue Bull energy drink. Tell me it will grant me the strength to endure this hellish realm."

Nyx giggled from behind the counter. "It doesn't give powers. It just… gives you a sugar rush and jitters!"

The Demon King raised the can to his lips anyway, the liquid hissing as he opened it. He took a long, deliberate sip and froze. Then his eyes widened.

Garruk, holding a mop like a spear, tilted his head. "Your Majesty?"

The Demon King's expression shifted from curiosity to alarm to manic determination. "I feel… alive! I feel… unstoppable!"

Drogan laughed hysterically. "Oh no… this is going to get messy."

Within seconds, the Demon King was tearing through the aisles, slamming soda cans upright, flicking cup noodles back onto shelves with supernatural precision, and shouting, "ORDER SHALL BE RESTORED!"

Yuwen hovered nearby, arms crossed. "He's hyperactive. Why did he drink that?"

Nyx clapped her hands. "Because it's fun! Just watch the chaos unfold!"

Arthos stumbled after him, still drunk, trying to "help," but only knocking over another soda tower. Lunaria's robes floated wildly as she attempted to calm the humming freezer, but the energy drink-fueled Demon King was moving too fast.

Seraphine wafted down the aisles, muttering blessings over the flying snacks. "Please, may no one be injured by caffeine-induced fury."

Bella, leaning against the counter with a dagger in hand, rubbed her temples. "I survived demon generals, cursed relics, and entire armies… and this is what does me in."

The Demon King, now bouncing slightly on his feet, slammed the mop handle on the floor like a war hammer. "TO VICTORY! CLEANLINESS SHALL BE OUR KINGDOM!"

Nyx squealed with delight, tossing another Pokémon card at a wobbly shelf. "I've never seen him like this!"

Garruk and Arthos tried to form a defensive line, but the Demon King zig-zagged between them, stacking and restacking products at impossible speeds. Even the managers had to step back, holding their clipboards as if to ward off an unstoppable force.

Bella muttered under her breath, "Retail hell has reached apocalyptic levels."

Somewhere behind the chaos, a cup noodle finally fell—just a single cup—but in this storm of energy and mess, no one noticed. The Demon King simply kept bouncing, shouting, and restoring "order" at impossible speed, powered entirely by his newfound Blue Bull-fueled mania.

Nyx clapped and laughed. "Okay… I take it back. This is even more fun than the night shift!"

Bella groaned. "We are doomed."

The store would never be the same.
